Introduction Jacking construction method is one of the construction technology of reinforced concrete drainage pipe trenchless road,because jacking pipes under the roads and buildings can ensure the smooth flow of roads and the normal use of buildings ,and also have some advantages such as cutting down pipeline laying cycles,significantly reducing project cost,a single device, easy operation and so on,applying to railway, highway and not easy or not proper to dig the trench’s underground pipeline construction[1].To avoid drainage construction, installation and use of crack and other problems,testing the construction of the finished pipes sampling quality and external pressure loading,as for the construction of the finished pipes quality evaluation reference,in order to satisfy the need of practical engineering.
