The spinel-type structure AB2O4 generated in the sintering process at high-temperature, SiO2, Al2O3 crystals lattice become in the spinel structure to replace the lattice in [Fe 2+, Fe 3+] to form a similar FeSi2O4, FeAl2O4 and other complex systems.
Those spinel-type structure contribute to enhance the infrared emissivity [6-7].

The presence of broken ZnO rods, sea–urchin–like structures with hollows and flakes with average sizes of 4.40 μm (Figure1c).
The spectra of the ZnO/PANI nanocomposites match to the diffraction peaks of the standard reference data (JCPDS 36–1451) which indicates that the deposited structures are most likely ZnO with hexagonal wurtzite structures.
SEM images revealed the presence of ZnO nanorods and plate–like structures and porous grains for PANI chains.
Increasing the NH4OH concentration for the formation of ZnO nanostructures, the micrographs showed mostly plate–like structures and observed an increase of its sizes.
The size increase was ascribed to high OH– concentration while the plate–like structures was due to the presence of PANI around the ZnO rods.

The mor- phologies and structures of D-GN were observed by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscope.
Reason is that some groups or small molecules exist in multilayer graphene layer edges which make the carbon atom structure layer spacing increase along the c axis [5].
Figure 2 is SEM image of the expanded graphite and the D-GN and shows that the expanded graphite have laminated structure and layer edges of D-GN have fold shaped and obvious layered structure, with the thickness of 10~100nm.
Illustrated in figure 3(a) shows the hexagonal structure of atoms that is the basic skeleton of graphene.

Density, dimension and distribution of pores are main factors to induce irradiation swelling, especially the size distribution of pellet pores plays an important role. 4×4-4 fuel assembly was a high performance fuel assembly which was self-designed and manufactured, the average burn-up of the fuel assembly was 42GWd/tU.For studying the effect of irradiation on pore modality, the specimens of irradiated UO2 fuel pellets were taken from 4×4-4 fuel assembly after dismantling, microscopic structure and distribution of pores for UO2 fuel assembly by scanning electron microscopy were studied in this paper.

Here, we employed PMHS as structure-directing agent in the preparation of carbonaceous silica xerogels.
From the images, the particles have irregularly porous structures with the pore diameters from 10 to 50 nm.
The results indicate that the sample has mesoporous structures.
The porous structures in the SiC samples are related to the special structure of PMHS.
The special structure of PMHS can lead to the formation of porous structures in the xerogel, which could be kept during the carbothermal reduction process.
