Preparation High-Infrared Emissivity Powders Using of Red Mud

Article Preview

Abstract:

Red mud with high content of Fe2O3 orignated from alumina industry which contains a amount of rare elements are excellent mixed-oxide materials for emissivity. A variety ratio of mixed-oxide material is achieved by doped with CuO, NiO, etc.Sintering processing was used to prepare powder material in a continuous wide-band which infrared emission rate more than 0.9. Find a new and feasible technological route for high-iron red mud as secondary resources.
