Experiment results show that the noise reduction effect of the wavelet packet based on the adjusted threshold is obvious and the SNR of signals is also improved.
The wavelet packet coefficients which are less than or equal to the threshold are set as zero, and just the data which is greater than the threshold is used for rebuilding signal.

Wiebeck et al. [25] presents thermal conductivity data of synthetic polymers (EPS and XPS - 0.038 W / m.K).
Data is collected using the FieldChart software, transferred to spreadsheet format file, and analyzed later.

Figure 4 displays the calculated solute segregation coefficient profile according to the present phase simulation, compared with the experimental data from Smith et al. [15].

XRD data show that the sample on the basis of orthorhombic unit cell can be attributed to Pmn21 space group.
Other results obtained (EDX, AAS) correspond approximately to the theoretical data.
