Explore the Management of Hydro-Engineering Project and Related Issues about Quality Control Hongbin Tao School of Civil Engineering, Jiujiang University, Jiujiang, Jiangxi, China 332005 Keywords: Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering; Quality Management; Measures Abstract.
Introduction Construction management is a complex task coupled with system engineering, and it determines there is not much "standard" model to follow.
Do the preliminary engineering quality management, it is necessary to firmly establish the "quality first" mentality.
Control of Construction Environment and Construction Process Construction of the project, the environmental factors that affect the quality of a lot of engineering, engineering and technical environments such as engineering geology, hydrology, meteorology, etc.; project management environments, such as quality assurance system, quality management system; labor environment such as labor portfolio, workplace, face and so on.
Especially the construction site should be established civil construction and civilized production environment, keeping materials, parts stacked orderly, smooth roads, to ensure quality and safety to create good conditions.

The imported bars are still more reliable for civil engineering and building construction without compromising design specifications.
The research have proved that imported bars are more reliable for civil engineering and building constructions as the local samples will more easily compromise design specifications.

Recently SMAs have drawn much attention in civil engineering due to their properties of high durability, fatigue resistance, power density, solid state actuation and high damping capacity [1].
Compared with common materials, SMAs have two unique properties of shape memory effect and superelasticity, which will be valuable when applied to control the responses of civil structures.
Therefore, the model would be suitable for practical engineering application.

Introduction One of the usual problems that geotechnical engineering must solve is associated with the settlement of soils.
This change is abysmal and very profitable for any engineering construction that would be undone to build on the beach with these characteristics.

” – the creation of harmonious systems of “Human-Engineering-Habitat”.
The last quarter of a century revealed how scientists and specialists engaged in research and practice in civil engineering and architecture were confronted with numerous notions about different degrees of so-called “intelligence” of buildings as well as numerous definitions of these notions.
