In this paper, the Al-Li alloy sheet YAG laser welding processing trial were conducted to research on it by the pores of Al-Li alloy weld detecting and microscopic analysis.

The flow stress of Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag alloy during hot deformation can be expressed by a Zener-Hollomon parameter in the hyperbolic-sine function with the hot deformation activation energy H∆ of 250.45kJ/mol.
Experimental Procedure The Al-4.0Cu-1.0Li-0.4Mg-0.4Ag alloy was prepared by melting and casting under argon atmosphere.
Results and Discussion The true stress-strain curves of Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag alloy during hot compression are given in Fig.1.

Tanaka et al. [3] reported that during control rolling of niobium bearing HSLA steel, 50% deformation in the temperature range of 1050-11000C produces as fine as 20 µm grain size.
During tapping, low carbon Fe-Mn, Fe-Si and Al were added in the ladle to deoxidize the steel and achieve the chemistry.
Al addition was made at the end when the ladle was more than half filled.
After tapping, some Al chips were also added on top of the slag to deoxidize it.

In this context, Ramdan et al. [6] have used an approach based on the Calphad Method [7] to model the growth kinetics of the phase using the phase-field method, where the Gibbs energies of the pure elements as a function of temperature are taken from the SGTE compilation by Dinsdale [8].
In particular, the authors Hallemans et al. [9] and Van Rompaey et al. [10] have studied in detail the Fe-B system using the Calphad approach.
Alternative Approach to Study the Thermodynamic Equilibrium between the Fe Phase and the Fe2B Phase The thermodynamic approach used by Huh et al. [12] was also applied by Ramdan et al. [6] to allow for the variation of the boron solubility in the phase.
The second thermodynamic approach inspired from the works of Huh et al. [12] has overestimated the value of the boron solubility in the phase in equilibrium with at 1300 K.
