Increasing attention has been paid to calixarenes and its derivatives owing to their popular building blocks in supramolecular chemistry, especially in molecular recognition [7].
And the development in calixarene chemistry is mainly due to the possibilities of chemical modifications at the upper or lower rim to yield new macro molecules [10].
The graph of Cu2+, Pb2+ and Ni2+ had appeared different maximum absorption peak (Ni2+ at 256nm, Cu2+ at 255nm, Pb2+ at 266nm), at the same time the absorbance of Cu2+, Pb2+ was increased significantly, which is indicated that the inner structure of 5,11,17,23,29,35-hexacarboxy-37,38,39,40,41,42-hexa-methoxy- hydroxamic calix[6]arene was changed by the complexation of Cu2+, Pb2+ ion .

This behavior is directly related to the concentrations of various fatty acids present in the structure, as they are responsible for the formation of a coherent solid film from liquid oil.

Though accurately extracting the pH information solely based the two-dimensional (2D) optical imaging results remains difficult owing to the three-dimensional nature and inhomogeneous structure of a given tumor, the absorption and scattering of excitation and emission by both tumor tissue and the overlying skin, etc, semi-quantitative analysis was carried out by taking the absorption of skin into consideration.
