It is connected with increasing customer demands both to quality and properties of metal items especially for automobile and pipe manufacturing spheres.
Methodology The developed methodology is based on the possibility of operational quality indices management by their adaptation both to external and internal factors affecting on the technological system.
In this connection the influence of these factors completely or partially may be uncertain.
Hence, all these factors form the basics for construction the roll system for powder rolling.
Conclusions Powder rolling makes it possible to get long length product in a wide range of properties.

Products of the material is ABS, the material has a high impact strength and mechanical strength, dimensional stability, resistance to chemical and electrical properties of good performance, ease of molding and machining, and other characteristics; have a certain moisture absorption, forming in the workpiece surface scarring, bubble, in injection moulding dry processing should be carried out before.
Melt in cavity flow and a number of factors, such as polymer properties and structure, injection plastic parts of temperature, pressure and time, as well as moulds and equipment, therefore faced with complex structures, the quality and accuracy of more sophisticated models, even experienced on-site technical staff, it is difficult to guarantee a one-off production of qualified products[5].
Injection mold gate location setting is directly related to melt in the mold cavity within the flow, thus affecting the polymer molecular orientation and product forming of warp.

The part density is nearly about 100%, and mechanical properties are comparable with the forging process [1-3].
Many factors cause this.
The formability and densification of SLM is controlled by the powder characteristics and processing parameters .There are many researches focused on forming process, but the physical and chemical properties were rarely reported [7].
As Fig.3 shows oxygen content in powder formability is obviously affect the forming quality.
After several track are scanned, the formed surface becomes worse with a great number of large size isolated metal balls (Fig.3b), which seriously affects the quality of SLM forming.

Power output by MFCs could be affected by a number of factors, including mechanical engineering of the reactor configuration, chemical/biological processes and the operational conditions [5-8].
Among these factors, anodic pH has also been suggested to be crucial to MFC performance because microbial metabolic activity is generally controlled by the growing pH conditions.
Data shown in Fig. 2 indicate that altering anodic pH by two units allowed the anode potential to change ~ 0.376 V (see data between time T1 and T2 in Fig. 2), much larger than the theoretical value of 0.118 V, implying that anodic pH affects the electrochemical performance mainly through altering the catalytic activity of the anode-attached biofilm rather than through changing the thermodynamic properties of the microbial anode.
The experimental results presented herein suggest that controlling anodic medium close to neutral pH condition would allow the electroactive biofilm to function better, consistent with some experimental evidences which support that most anode-attached bacteria favour the alkaline pH conditions [9-11] Conclusions Anodic pH condition is shown to be an important chemical parameter for the electrochemical performance of the microbial anode, which in turn affects the overall MFC performance.

Introduction The -TiAl based alloys exhibit numerous attractive properties for high temperature structural applications in aerospace and automobile industries.
Extensive investigations have been undertaken on the processing methods for the -TiAl alloys with additional alloying elements to control and optimize the mechanical properties and the corrosion behavior [1].
In the present work 1(at%)Ag additions and variation of parameters such as original Al powder size and RHIP holding time were introduced in RHIP processing of Ti-48(at%)Al alloys, in order to assess the effect on microstructure and properties.

Discussion The strength of cement has an inverse exponential relationship to porosity [6] only if all other factors are constant.
Crystal size, degree of reaction and flaw size and /or distribution all affect the strength of cement.
By understanding the nature of the mechanism giving rise to mechanical strength we may engineer optimised formulations with improved performance.
