The analyzed composite bars can be used in the next engineering areas: ship floor building, plane floor building, bus floor building, the construction of concrete forming, planes or vehicles bodies building, low weight frames that must have high vibration damping capacity and so on.
Introduction Polystyrene is a plastic material widely used in civil buildings for thermal, acoustical and vibration isolations [1,2].
