Besides some analytical performance advantages, nanotechnology has bring biosensor the possibility for construction of biosensor arrays for high throughput parallel measurements, increase sensitivity and selectivity by incorporating nanomaterial and the possibility for integration of biosensors with microfluidics for construction of lab-on-a-chip devices [2,3].Nanotechnology is defined as the study of synthesis, properties and application of structures and materials having at least one critical dimension on the scale of less than 100 nm [3].For these Nanobiosensor to reach their potential, they must designed and fabricated with conformity of significant parameters like dimension, material on which selectivity and sensitivity of a device are qualified.
The successful performance of the nanofabrication is depends on the control of the size of the critical structure across the entire wafer and from one wafer to another, referred to as line width control [6].

The crystal structure of Calcite is rhombohedral crystal system, which is similar to the crystal structure of NaCl, with substitution of Ca2+ and [CO3]2-for Na+ and Cl-.
The ions of Ca2+ and [CO3]2- exhibit the crystal structure of most compact arrangement, and the face-centered cubic cells are flattened along the orientation of 3-times axis, leading to a formation of rhombohedral structure, which is called the crystal structure of Calcite.
The multi-layer structure is similar to sandwich structure which consist of tetrahedral of SiO4, octahedral of AlO4(OH)2, with van der waals force in the interlayer.
The 2/3 octahedral pores of this crystal structure are filled with Al3+ ion.
Surface chemistry of LP-limestone also contributes to the reduction of water. (2) For LP-sandstone, high content of clay mineral which has a large number of imperfects, flaw and interspaces, and the molecule of water and water-reducing agent are liable to enter into the unfilled pores, giving rise to the loss of a large quantity of water.

In addition, because of its structure, it was not fit to transfer big force or high power but fit to transfer motion with middle or small power.
For its virtues, IPMG was introduced as accelator in EMS and its parameters was designed and optimized according a special vehicle’ structure and inner space in this paper.
By analyzing, there was a conclusion that breakage resulted from big work stress which lead to big structure distortion and the distortion brought profile overlapping more on contrarily and facilitated breaking down of even key and cranks ultimately.

In addition, the influences of their charge density on the interlayer structure of LDHs were investigated by XRD and FT-IR.
The incorporation into LDH of anions containing specific functionalities allows obtaining materials applicable in the field of photo-physics and photo-chemistry [1, 2], nanocomposites [3-6], catalysis [7, 8], and drug release [9–12].
In this paper, Dodecyl sulfate anion (DS-) intercalated zinc iron layered double hydroxide (Zn-Fe LDHs) was aimed to be prepared by co-precipitation from the electroplating wastewater and the interlayer structure of LDHs were characterized by XRD and FT-IR.
The influence of interlayer structure by charge density was discussed on 2:1 DS-Zn/Fe LDH, 3:1 DS-Zn/Fe LDH and 4:1 DS-Zn/Fe LDH.
