Compared to the referenced 6T and the 8T SRAM bitcell, the proposed bitcell has four aspects of improvement: (1) 5.1% and 6.1% larger hold margin, (2) 80.6% and 85.5% of standard deviation, (3) 50% and 18% reduction of area (at 200 mV), and (4) 16X and 32X bitcells per bitline.

Although other cost drivers such as aircraft ownership and fuel represent a much larger portion of DOC (refer to figure 1), reduction of maintenance costs are always a fundamental part of any airline plan to increase competitiveness and profitability.
An original equipment manufacturer (OEM) such EMBRAER is continuously looking for opportunities to respond to this need of maintenance cost reduction by its customers.
Regarding the benefits of introducing SHM in commercial aviation, Renee et al. [2] provided cost benefits analysis for 3 different structures (trailing edge, vertical stabilizer and engine mount), as well as indicated the benefits from a non-economic perspective, showing that a significant reduction in the life cycle cost could result in an realistic return on investment.
Nevertheless, EMBRAER understands that built-in tests (BIT) must be implemented as part of any ground support equipment (GSE) that will interrogate the S-SHM sensors installed in the aircraft, in order to evaluate if the data collection and analysis that will be performed as an inspection tasks are valid.

To this end, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the domestic glass substrate manufacturers have established a green consortium to address the key issues of green production, energy conservation and consumption reduction, e.g. high energy consumption and large emissions, etc.
Methods and Data Assessment Method.
Achieved 43% of product savings per unit area and 38% reduction in energy consumption.
In terms of direct emissions of raw materials, the change in the ratio will affect the quality of the glass substrate, so it is not recommended to change the ratio to achieve the emission reduction effect.

Experimental Data The experimental data used for validation of the predictive power of the model is a dataset containing results for extrusion of a solid rod, extruded with eight different 6xxx series alloys, reported in [5, 20].
The exception is due to the lack of tabulated data for this alloy-treatment group.
Input Data.
The analytical temperature model requires a wide spectrum of input data before a prediction can be made.
The experimental data are grouped by alloy composition and homogenisation treatment and redrawn from [20].

Table 1 Chemical composition of the coating material Powder coating in tundish SiO2, [%] Al2O3, [%] Fe2O3, [%] C, [%] Others oxides, [%] 37 20 7 19 17 It also used some data sampled from a continuous steel casting plant, data presented in Table 2.
Changing the independent variables will automatically result in a change of output data.
The simulation program allows data entry, relative to the steel grade which is continuous casted, number of mesh points, input mode and quantity of micro-coolers [7], the thickness of mold powder layer – Fig. 4.
From simulation performed about the influence of lubrication powder thickness relative to temperature variation from different areas of the wire, it is noted that with the reduction of its thickness, the temperature drops, the decrease is nonlinear, as shown in Fig. 6.
Fig. 5 The window that shows the progress for calculations, 1-5mm thickness of slag Fig. 6 The variation of wire temperature, depending on the thickness of the lubricating powder a) maximum, center of the wire; b) average; c) minimum, at the surface of wire Conclusion Mathematical modeling, regardless of which program is performed, provides technologist the relevant data relative to real variation of parameters.

The HDD are calculated for base temperatures of 15 and 18°C and the CDD for base temperatures of 22 and 24°C by compacting average hourly data.
Northern winds expanded the UHI front while western winds contributed to a reduction in UHI.

The experimental data has been used as an input to the material models of the FE analysis.
Comparing the experimental strength data from miniature tensile tests with strength values from the base material tests reduced according to EC9 [1] it is observed that the strength across the weld is both over- and underestimated by EC9 and the width of HAZ is overestimated by EC9 as shown in Fig. 4.
The hardness values used in Fig 5b give an average based on the data at the specified distance ±0.5 mm, i.e. averaging 21 values.
Region C represents an ideal yielding that takes into account the reduction in area at high strains.
It is seen that the FEA gives a rather good correlation to the experimental data, though it overestimates the strength and deformation capacity of the welded specimen.

Data input mode, and clock divider.
The standard Si-CMOS topologies on SiC for the master-slave DFF, and data-reset FF, designed with MESFETs working in the temperature range 25 °C - 250 °C are reported in [5].
Measured transient response in the range of T = 25-500 °C, sampling the data D to Q at a positive edge of the clock (fclk= 100 kHz) when reset=1, and VCC = 15 V.
The increase of carrier lifetime and reduction of the emitter injection efficiency due to increased ionization degree of base dopants [7, 8].
When reset = 1 (15 V), then at the positive edge of the clock, DFF samples the data input D to the output Q, and its complement to Qb.
