Superior properties of this reinforcement are indicated by its high surface area and specific strength.
Some factors such as acid type, acid concentration and hydrolysis temperature are the main factors influencing on the overall efficiency of the hydrolysis process.
As a result, the physical properties of resulting composite will be improved.

Results indicated that the frictional factor and the wear rate of nanometric ZrO2 ceramics decreased significantly under identical working and frictional conditions compared with ZrO2.
However, its high fragility and low strength restricted its application in the weight-bearing parts in the human body, so the selective addition of second-phase particles and whiskers as well as other methods were adopted to improve its mechanical properties.
Xu Shuhua and Huang Chuanyong also made studies on the microstructures and properties of HA-ZrO2 composite materials.
He believed that the phase-transition ZrO2 toughened ceramics had better mechanical properties than other dental ceramics, and its chemical stability also met the requirement when it was used as dental ceramics.
Quinn et al. studied the effects of microstructures and the chemical composition on the mechanical properties of dental ceramics and also believed that ZrO2 ceramics possessed better mechanical properties as dental ceramics.

Finite Element Analysis and Comparison of Screw Pump Models in Uniform Pressure Youjun Zhang, Chenchang Zhang Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang, China zhangyj@sut.edu.cn Keywords: strew pump, stator, three-dimensional model, finite element, mechanical properties Abstract.
Its stator bushing uses the rubber material, not only making itself the wearing parts, but its coordination with the rotor screw directly affecting the working performance and determining the life and efficiency of the pump.
Considering the factors above, in the finite element analysis the results of three-dimensional model and the two-dimensional model have huge deviation.

The internal state of stress is caused by thermal and/or mechanical processing of the parts.
The obtained results from Taguchi method are insensitive to the variation of environmental conditions and other noise factors.
The typical chemical compositions of the received materials and the mechanical properties are shown in Table 2 and Table 3 respectivaly.
The final mathematical model in terms of actual factors as determined by design expert software is shown below.
iv) The focusing position parameter has an insignificant effect on the residual stresses. v) The model developed can be adequately predicting the responses within the factors domain.

Introduction The membrane surface physical and chemical properties is decided to film in the separation process of good or bad effect an important factor [1, 2].
Surface graft copolymerization can give polymer surface many superior function without affecting the nature of the ontology, and modification effect lasting is commonly used in recent years .
Polypropylene microporous membrane has good chemical stability, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistant, high mechanical strength, price is low for a characteristic, it is a good polymer membrane materials, be widely applied in membrane separation areas.

Introduction As is well known, the stress field in a structure component depends on the possible presence of a notch, and fatigue life may strongly by affected by geometric discontinuities[1-5].
Experimental Procedure Material used in this study is drilling bar steel J55 specimen, the mechanical properties of material are listed in table 1, in order to simulate the fatigue of thread connection, a round bar with circumferentially thread like notch were machined, such as shown in Figure 1, the elastic stress concentration of the specimen was calculated to be 2.56 for tension condition and 1.67 for torsion by the finite element method .
Table 1 Mechanical properties of the material σs/MPa σb/ MPa E/MPa µ G/GPa δ/% ψ/% n 547.44 748.07 203.83 0.286 79.25 26.81 63.18 0.171 Fatigue tests were conducted in a hydraulic fatigue machine (MTS 858) under tension /torsion with the stress ratio R=0.1, the frequency was 15Hz , the maximum stress of tension and torsion arranged to reach at same time .

The resin adheres with metal by both mechanical and chemical connection.
The bond of the aromatic series is very strong and thus it is scarcely affected by high temperature and high humidity.
The oxide formed on the surface of Cu as shown in Fig. 3 has weak mechanical properties and low adhesion properties to the organic material [9].
Using degree of water absorption as a degradation factor, prediction expression for degradation life was evaluated.

Sharma [5] and Farid [6] gave a good overview of the properties of inorganic salt hydrates in general.
Table 1 Important characteristics of phase change materials Properties Characteristics of each property Thermal properties suitable of phase transition temperature; high latent heat of transition; good heat transfer Kinetic properties no supercooling; sufficient crystallization rate Physical properties favorable phase equilibrium; high density; small volume change; low vapor pressure Chemical properties long-term chemical stability; compatibility with building materials; no toxicity; nonflammability Economics abundant; bargain Supercooling and the methods to deal with supercooling of inorganic salt hydrates There are a number of papers describing supercooling of salt hydrates [7-15].
The absorbency of SAP was mainly dependent on factors such as the osmotic pressure from the mobile ion concentration, the molecular chain expansion resulting from electrical repulsion and the extent of cross linkage affecting the degree of swelling of the polymer [20].
In addition, other techniques used to overcome inevitable phase separation are corresponding to encapsulating the PCM, mechanical stirring, modifying the chemical composition of the system and making incongruent material congruent, and agitation [21-24].
The supercooling and phase separation affect their phase change properties.
