The main focus of this research work is on uncertainties aspect which relates with the nature of crack in materials.
The methods can account for random loads, material properties, and crack geometry.
The load, crack size and material properties were treated as statistically independent random variables.

The raw materials are melted and kneaded in this machine, extruded in rod form through a nozzle (φ3 mm), immediately cooled, cut into 5 mm lengths, and dried.
These values comply with JIS L1013 and 2511, as well as JIS Z 2241 (method for tensile testing of metallic materials), and actual clothing is also manufactured in accordance with these standards.

Emergency distribution and emergency supply chain Distribution of emergency materials is an important link of emergency logistics, and emergency supply chain management is the highest level of emergency logistics management (Sheu, 2007).
Except for reasons beyond control such as traffic interruption and communication interruption, unreasonable emergency materials distribution primarily performs as that: some affected points are superfluous of emergency materials; while some are lack of emergency materials which interrupt the operation of relevant rescue activities.
In addition, owing to the unbalanced materials distribution, some kinds of materials are delivered repeated, while some are relative insufficient.
Through the information released by the emergency materials information platform, this study summarizes part of demands of emergency medical textiles.
