Nowadays the world is facing an increasingly traffic, especially in the road.
Road tunnels can be framed in the category above mentioned, being exposed to a high traffic, because most of them are 20-30 years old and were built for the traffic estimated of those times.

The Combination Of Traffic Characters and SVM Traffic Dedection
· The Combination Of The Theory
The P2P traffic has different characteristic values from normal network traffic, through these difference could recognize the P2P traffic from the plenty of network traffic.
Conclusions In order to solve the problem of consume a large network bandwidth, poor safety etc. by use of P2P, researched the existing P2P identify methods, put forward a detecting scheme of SVM binding traffic characters, and built a P2P traffic identify module about this scheme.

Passage capacity of roundabout could not meet the increasing traffic demand at all so that traffic jam of roundabout crossing in each of the weekday peak periods is serious, which results in traffic disorder and frequent accidents.
Meantime, controlling traffic flow of roundabout with signal control shall be an effective method to solve traffic congestion. 2.

Model's objective is minimizing the loss of delays due to meeting separation which is used to keep the safety of aircrafts before and afterwards.
Air traffic controllers apply rules, known as separation minima to do this.
Different separation minima exists between different category of aircrafts, which is recommended by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as follows.
It just considers the safety interval between aircrafts before and after.
