Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), which is a complex mechanical and chemical process, has been widely and effectively applied to a variety of materials in last several decades, including semiconductors, crystals, glasses, special metals, plastics and computer disks [3-7].
That above-mentioned is the material removal mechanism of CMP of LBO crystal.
