Met the requirement of the mechanical properties, tensile strength of σb reached 224 MPa, elongation delta was 10.5%, the product was better than that of serial number 1.
Sample number 3, quenching after stretching 3 times tensile , the total rate of cold working was 42.6%, mechanical properties was relatively high, tensile strength of σb reached 235 MPa, the elongation of the delta was 8%.

In order to manufacture a product of unique geometry from the required material, it is necessary to fulfill a number of technological conditions.
The strength characteristics of samples made by additive technology with different topology of fiber placement were investigated by a number of authors during tensile tests [12–15].
In addition, the latter must meet a large number of requirements, such as durability, normal operation in a given temperature range, and resistance to dynamic loading.
To study the structure of the samples by optical microscopy, a thin section was prepared from the samples subjected to tensile testing by cutting a small piece of the sample material across the filament and grinding it on moisture-resistant abrasive paper sequentially, starting from paper with a coarse grain P100 to paper with a fine grain P2500 with distilled water.
A certain number of defects in the form of pores are visible on the thin section of sample No. 3.

During the last thirty years a number of process variants have been developed and summarised under the topic "semi solid metal forming" (SSM) [3].
Independent of the process route, generally, distinct microstructure consisting of globular solid grains with surrounding liquid phase (see fig. 1) is targeted to take advantage of its flow behaviour (thixotropy) in the forming process.

TEM observations show that the grains formed by micro-arc oxidation in the aluminate system are very fine, mainly in the form of nanocrystals and microcrystals.
According to the nucleation and growth kinetics, if the cooling rate is very large, the formed grains will be very fine.
Therefore, during the micro-arc oxidation of magnesium alloy, the grains mainly exist as nanocrystals and microcrystals.
