Research on the Properties and Processing of 6Z63 Aluminium Alloy Tubular Busbar

Article Preview

Abstract:

The heat resistance, ampacity and processing properties of Al-Mg-Si alloy increase significantly by Adding trace amount of Zr, Re, Cu and other elements into the metal. The mechanical properties of aluminium alloy can also be greatly improved by thermomechanical processing. The high-strenght and heat-resistant 6Z63 aluminium alloy was prepared according to the theories above. The experimental analyses is based on its chemical components, processing technologies, product properties and mechanism.
