The Application of Materials in Green Packaging

Abstract:

The definition of green packaging shall not be narrowed, the materials of package too shall be valued, as well as the disposal of package in and after use. Green packaging needs to develop itself due to the advancement of technologies, the development of new materials that is environmental friendly also requires cultural deposits thus promoting the cultural connotation of package. There are various standards in various cultures on packaging, distinct perspectives on visual interests of green packaging shall also be respected, paper materials is a good example for this view. Green materials should be looked at dialectically and the environmental benefits shall be measured in balance, which are two important perspectives to understand and develop green packaging.
