Introduction
Poly-Ether-Ether-Ketone (PEEK) is one of super engineering plastics and has high heat, corrosion and wear resistance in polymer materials.
Because of these superior features, PEEK is used in the environmental condition in which steel materials are not suitable, such as bearings in water.
PEEK has been studied as structural and/or tribological materials.

The illustrated isotherms for all materials were Type IV with a H1 hysteresis loop and a steep increase in adsorption at relative pressures of 0.6-0.8 for SBA-15 samples attributed to capillary nitrogen condensation according to IUPAC classification, which is typical for mesoporous materials with ordered pore structures [19].

But that the curing behaviors for many advanced composites have to complete at higher temperatures will generate residual stress in the final moulding of the materials, resulting in bending, which will thus bring some difficulties for the assembly of composite materials, even lower materials strength and fracture toughness, make the matrix crack and take off layer, impacting the application safety of advanced composite materials[2,3].
