Temp embrittlement of low alloy ferritic steels such as Cr-Mo steel and Cr-Mo-V steel, which are used for heat-resistant materials of the plant, occurs during long term service at 350 to 550℃.
Electrical resistivity method is useful to distinguish early degradation degree of low alloy ferritic steels, but it is difficult to distinguish the damage degree of long-term aged materials [4].
Magnetic characteristics measurement method is known superior in distinguishing the degradation degree of long-term served materials [5].

Introduction Nano-organic composite material is a kind of composite materials based on organic polymer materials for the continuous phase and inorganic nano-powders for the reinforcement.
Among them, nanofibers reinforcement composite materials receive much concern due to their excellent properties and unique structure [1-2].
The tensile strength properties of composite materials were tested by CMT6104 electronic universal testing machine according to GB/T1040-92.
The impact toughness properties of composite materials were tested by ZBC-4 balance weight impact testing machine according to GB/T1043-93.
When composite materials are collided intensely, integral stress happens in the nanofibers, thus leading to tension, fracture and extraction.
