Traditionally, the electrochromic devices (ECDS) are to coat the electrochromic materials on the transparent conducting substrates (ITO glass), then design and assembly the products[3].
Generally, it can produce the electrochemical reaction of the electrochromic materials by adjusting the bipolar electric field and show different spectrum absorption in specific wavelength with the variation of the devices.

R.Teti [1] presented his work on conventional machining of different composite materials with various issues on tool wear.
In this paper cutting temperature and tool wear were taken as the important factors influencing the surface quality of the edge trimmed CFRP materials.

Introduction Wood plastic is a composite material and make use of sawdust, wood powder, bamboo powder, rice hull, wheat straw, bean hull, peanut shell, bagasse, cotton straw and other kinds of low degree biomass fiber as the main raw material composed with plastic, and have been widely used for several years [1-2].
Chinese Fir powder is provided by Hunan lumber mill polystyrene foam from polystyrene foam packing materials.
