The firstly, the chemical grouting which has good toughness and adhesiveness features can generate net framework in argillaceous surrounding rock after it consolidated, the strengthened argillaceous surrounding rock can keep high residual strength and good bearing ability even large deformations take place under overload, so the argillaceous roadway can be easy to be controlled.

The contacting shoulder and pin surface make the workpiece materials to soften into the plastic state, then the materials flow around the tool pin from the front to rear, where it consolidates and forges under the confining pressure [3].
The depth of tool penetrating into workpiece was constant, the vertical force acting on the material decreased with the materials became softer.
Comparing the three materials, the vickers hardness of TC4 was highest, and the vickers hardness of T2 was higher than LY12.
