From the perspective of materials science research, the frozen damage process of negative temperature concrete is the process of damage gradually to failure.

In recent years, Near- infrared (NIR) spectroscopy has become one of the most attractive and used methods for analysis of agricultural-related products and plant materials allowing for the simultaneous, rapid and nondestructive quantification of major components in the food matrix[7-9].
