The heat flux for the YPSZ/NiCrAl-coated from FEA exhibited about 98% reduction compared to the uncoated piston crown.
The data of the engine is based on a spark ignition engine with four-stroke cycle with direct injection system and CNG fuelled [15−17].

The data was obtained from EPER (European Pollutant Emission Register).
The obtained data from these measurements shows that every parameter, except NOx and particulate did not exceeded the Serbia regulatory emission limits.
Was verified that the model agrees well with the experimental data, especially in low and moderate convection atmosphere.
Validation by Experimental Data.

In the future the use of press hardening steel will continue to grow, further contributing to weight reduction of the car body.
This is clearly supported by the many published data of the hole expansion ratio (also called λ-value).
Improvement of critical bending angle (VDA238-100 test conditions) through Nb microalloying in 22MnB5 (Production data).
However, the scatter of the measured data is quite large making a clear conclusion difficult.
The data scatter could be related to reproducibility issues under these test conditions and sample preparation.

Existing steel wheel rim dimension was measured and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was done to get actual dimension and mechanical properties (stresses), as baseline data.
FEA was done again on optimized steel wheel rim to compare with actual steel wheel rim data.
From the optimization processes, on the weight reduction (Table 3), it was help to improve the overall weight of vehicle as contribute to reduce the fuel consumption as final results.

Cement content of 550 kg/m³, water/binder ratio of 0.35, binder/cement ratio of 2.00 and fly ash replacement 10%,20%, 40%, and 60% were adopted for the mix proportion. The relationship to look into are the potential of CO2 reduction in the mortar mixes while cement content were replace by fly ash.
The CO2 footprint of each mix was calculated from the mix proportion as shown in Table 2 and the CO2 emission inventory data shown in Fig. 1.

The Taguchi method was used to establish a design of simulation schemes, and numerical simulations were carried; a sensitivity analysis was carried out with analysis of variances to seek the significance of parameters; the evaluation function was inducted to synthetically evaluate the affections of the thickness variation and the branch height and normalization method are applied to ensure equality of two sets of data in the evaluation function.
Fig. 1 Compound forming of Fig. 2 Tube blank Fig. 3 Finite Fig. 4 Thickness T-branch tube dimensions element model reduction during forming Determination of tubular blank parameters Tubular blank parameters analysis and experimental design The main blank parameters affecting the forming process are initial tube length l0, initial wall thickness t and die entry radius R
Considering the actual manufacture, an oversize dimension of die entry radius (when R equal to 9 mm) results in unsightly appearance and more reduction in the length of the main tube.
To ensure equality of two sets of data in the evaluation function, normalization method is applied to the data .Values of and b are transformed into values in the range of 0 to 1 with Eq. 3
(3) Where is the maximum value of each set of data, and is the minimum one.

Results from 3-
point flexural resistance and water absorption tests showed that the reduction in the particle
size of the MOL ashes increased the mechanical resistance to 45 MPa while the water
absorption reached 0.8%.
Technological Properties Table 2 shows the data on technological properties determined for the mixtures after firing at 1200ºC.
An approximate reduction of 82% in the water absorption and a 45% increase in the flexural rupture stress is observed with decreasing of the ash granulometry.

One is the kinematic variation caused by the machining imperfection in fixtures and datum surfaces.
From the measure scheme and history data, we get the covariance matrices of sensor noise v=0.01×I3×3, natural variation of the locators η=0.005×I18×18 and process noise w=0.
From the above calculation, we can get the specification of these data, as shown in Table 1.
Specification of the quality data Item USL Target LSL μP σP Value 5.1 5 4.9 5 0.0479 So we can use Equation (6) to calculate the CP *is: Cp*=USL-LSL6σp=USL-LSL6ΨwΨT+v t2+Γ[η+i-1a]ΓT2=0.696 Step 3.CPI improvement by process parameters sensitivity analysis: According to the sensitivity analysis Eqs (7) and (8), the sensitivity indices of the total 18 process parameters are shown in Table 2.
Dimensional errors of fixtures, locating and measurement datum features in the stream of variation modeling in machining.
