Study on the Springback Characteristics of CR340LA Steel during the Typical Auto Part Stamping Process Hongying Gong1a, Jinyan Wang1b, Zhonghua Zhao1c 1.Shanghai University of Engineering Science, shanghai, China (201620) a. ghyyw@163.com, b. gerald_wang@163.com, c. zhaohua@sues.edu.cn Keywords: Stamping processing, Springback, Computer numerical simulation, Auto part ABSTRACT: Metal sheet Stamping forming is an important material forming process, especially in the automobile industry.
The blank material is applied a kind of high-strength steel (metal brand: CR340LA), the material parameters showed in table 1.
Table.1 The material parameters of the auto indoor-still part Material Brand Thickness (mm) Yield strength (MPa) Tensil strength (MPa) Elongation (%) R N CR340LA 1.0 340 410 44 1.87 0.13 Fig.1 The FLD of the auto indoor-still part after stamping processing According to the forming limited diagram of the auto indoor-still part after stamping processing shows in Fig.1, the whole forming condition of the drawing part is good, its deforming is equally distributed, the fracture never occurred, only has a little wrinkles in some sections, but these sections are mostly distributed in the binder section, so have no great affect to the whole part forming quality.

In order to prevent corrosion caused by CO2, high-Cr corrosion resistant materials, corrosion inhibitors and protective coatings are often used.
However, for high-yield oil country tubular goods, the commonly used methods in the world mainly use relatively corrosion-resistant materials [27].

Magnesium and its alloys seem to be among the most appealing materials to design biodegradable stents.
Among the solutions proposed to overcome this drawback, the adoption of degradable materials coupled with new shapes of the device seems to be very promising.
