Thus, several methods have been suggested in literature to improve the properties of clay materials such as mechanochemical activation, intercalation, thermo-chemical treatment and chemical activation treatment [2,3,4].
Experimental Materials Fresh kaolinite clay was collected from Sungai Sayong, Kuala Kangsar, Perak, Malaysia.
In general, clay materials contain three kinds of water molecules in their structure.

There are two main ways: light materials and special processing technology [1].
The manufacturing cost of lightweight materials is 2.5 [2] times that of ordinary steel,on the other way,the improved processing technology, which can improve the bearing performance. In contrast, it is still the best choice for car body manufacturing to use the ordinary steel for its comprehensive properties.

Introduction Metal powders play an important role in the production of polymeric materials.
Metal powders can improve optical, mechanical [3], thermal [4] and electrical [5] properties of a polymer materials.
Materials and experimental procedures Acrilonitril butadiene styrene (ABS) was used as matrix components.
