Scientific Feature of the Definition
As a scientific abstract of functions of the people, animals (biological creatures) and all man-made machine system, Generally, TM consists of four parts, materials, tools, power and information.
Since the existence of TM is base on materials as defaulted, "Top Machine" (as shown in Fig.2)is formal defined as a triad, namely TM::= (F,P,I).
