Abstract :The resources crisis mines is a necessary stage of mining enterprise development, the mine materials with exploring for future development direction of resources crisis on mines concerning the rise and fall of the country, The scientific analysis and beneficial exploration for future development direction of the resources crisis mines, which can provide reference for the future development of resources crisis mines.

According to the international market price of mineral resources and the mine materials [3], Mining enterprises scientifically formulated with industrial index of the enterprise, dynamic production quality control of mine.
Second, According to the rules of market economy, mining enterprises control cost of the mine production and the mine materials.
Chinese should formulate relevant policies to encourage enterprises to speed up development, to looking for all kinds of mineral resources substitute and ease the resource crisis pressure, because of the great amount metal and the mine materials consumption [3]. 4.6 Go out of the country with its own advantages, explore the surrounding countries, mineral resources and the mine materials market In response to the grim situation of mineral resources in China, on one hand, we should strive to develop and make use of domestic resources, on the other hand also to seize the opportunity, make use of their own advantages to develop the international market, to explore the mine materials and mineral resources in the countries and regions rich.

After differential scanning calorimetry, the transition temperature of phase change materials with expanded graphite is 58.544 ℃, phase change enthalpy is 307.762 kJ/kg.
The transition temperature of phase change materials without expanded graphite is 63.71 ℃, and the phase change enthalpy is 311.997 kJ/kg.
The reason is that the expanded graphite has a high thermal conductivity and heat storage and release rate of the composite phase change materials is improved, in transfer process.
Phase change materials were made into a square plate, size 260 mm× 260 mm× 20 mm(Fig. 7).
