The results indicated that the structure of synthesized AlN nanowire is hexagonal wurtzite structure, the length of the AlN nanowire is between several micrometers and the the average diameter is about 100 nm.The growth of the AlN nanowires can be expelained by vapor–liquid-solid mechanism.
The six Raman vibration modes, E2(low), A1(TO), E2(high), E1(TO), A1(LO), and E1(LO) are typical signatures of wurtzite-structure AlN crystal.
It indicates the as-grown products at different location are wurtzite-structure AlN crystal.

For simple steel structure, anticorrosion technology has been basically mature[1].But for some complex marine engineering structures, many key technologies have not been resolved, which constraints the design and construction of such facilities.
Therefore, effective protection to the reinforced concrete structure in this zone is essential.
The installation, maintenance and management of structures in this area is therefore more inconvenience.

Synthesis of Li0.8Zn1.1PO4 and Its Selectivity to Li+ Exchange Jinhe Jiang MicroScale Science Institute , Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering ,Weifang University, Weifang, 261061,China Corresponding author.
The researches of lithium-ion which has a specific selective memory function inorganic ion exchanger are carried out actively, especially the lithium titanium oxide with spinel structure showed the exchange memory to Li+[3-4].
The structure of compound metal oxide Li0.8Zn1.1PO4 crystallized at 750°C was much perfect.

The morphology and structure of nanocrystalline diamond films as well as the plasma chemistry were studied by altering the plasma impedance.
This work focuses on effect of plasma impedance on the plasma chemistry as well as morphology and structure of the NCD films prepared by a MPECVD technique.
The structures were characterized by Raman spectroscopy (Renishaw inVia Raman microscope) using an Ar-ion laser (l= 514.5 nm).
Another important feature of Raman spectra was the shift in G-peak position from 1564 to 1550 cm-1 due to the reduction in film stress and lowering of sp2 carbon content in the film structures [12].
Consequently, changing in plasma impedance acting as an agent of plasma chemistry influenced the morphology and structure of the NCD films.

The morphology, structure and composition of the Fe-TiO2 were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission emission microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis spectroscopy (UV-vis).
It is strongly believed that these processes allows Fe3+ ion to replace Ti4+ ions in the TiO2 structure since ionic radius of both ions is quite similar as 0.69Å and 0.64Å, respectively.
To analyze the crystal structure of the as-prepared samples, X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern were collected using Bruker D8 powder diffractometer at room temperatures from angle 2θ of 20–70˚.

In order to study the structure-activity relationship (SAR) of chalcones, the synthesis of a series of 4-nitrochalcones and their cytotoxic activities are reported here.
Experimental Chemistry All the chemicals and the solvents used were of reagent grade, which were purchased from Shanghai Chemical Reagent Company (Shanghai, China), and were used as received without purification.
Structural analysis of these compounds may provide some explanation for the structure–activity relationships.

The authors have studied the impact of mechanomagnetic activation (MMA) of the solutions NA-CMC, widely used for mixing water-cement paste, on the structure and properties of cement composites.
On the base of the results of X-ray diffraction analysis, there have been found alterations of cement stone structure; the influence of MMA on the processes of structure formation has been proved; the principal components of cement stone structure have been identified.
The specific feature of Na-CMC structure constitutes the presence of C – O bonds in both chain and the ring.
