In fact, majority of today’s mechanical parts are made of metal materials, most of the metal materials are magnetoconductive.
Their experimental results suggest that MR jet can efficiently correct surface figure error to high precision, with less than 30nm peak to valley error and micro roughness of less than 1nm rms on a number of materials [6, 7].

Abstract.Future application of nanoscale tile self-assembly is the production of smaller, more efficient microprocessors. In this paper, a new three-dimensional tile self-assembly molecular structure is presented. The model adds rotation movement where large assemblies of nanoscale tile molecules can be moved around, analogous to molecular motors.

Cu(In,Ga)Se2 is a very important type of absorber layer material for high efficiency solar cells in material engineering.
In all the deposition method, such as co-evaporation, selenization, co-sputtering, electro chemical deposition and screen printing method, co-evaporation and selenization method can get the better quality of CIGS thin film among them, but when the CIGS film growth temperature is blow 400 ℃, the three-stage is inefficient for solar cells[8].RF magnetron sputtering is a commonly used method for the preparation of thin film materials, it is simple and easy to manipulate.

Wheat-straw from north China and straw or water bamboo leaves from south China are all feasible as raw materials of BCP-mat, and the Fig.1 is the structure of BCP-Mat which is made of straw.
The seed bags are made of water-soluble materials that can be dissolved or fractured under water for a while and settled by straws and straw ropes (Fig.2), and the seeds can easily fall into the bed after bag dissolution.
Secondly, raw materials are agriculture wastes which are cheap, abundant and eco-friendly.
