Firstly, implementation of ABC classification management of construction materials and establishment of the basis of supply chain management
The construction materials the construction enterprise needs are of varieties and large quantities, and the different kinds of materials have different properties.
Then the optimal selection and evaluation methods of the suppliers, procurement model, supply model, logistics model, network optimization methods of the different kinds of materials are made clear.
The supply chain oriented to the responsiveness aims at the materials required by the accidental and unexpected project.
While the supply chain oriented to the construction cost is suitable for the materials required for normal projects, the supply chain oriented to the responsiveness is suitable for the materials required for maintenance projects.
