Introduction Material Science and Engineering is the science which studies composition, structure, properties, preparation, and performance and their mutual relations.
The study includes: the organization of materials, structure, impurities, the relationship between defects and properties, the formation mechanism of the material and preparation methods, failure mechanism and the material’s changes in being processed and used, material properties testing and materials engineering applications.
The goal of the development of Material Science and Engineering, from the basic principle, is quickly and accurately to design and prepare with the scheduled performance of the new material.
In materials science and engineering fields, there are many complex factors influencing material’s structure and properties.

In the science of car repair, the problem of restoring worn-out crankshafts is very relevant.
In addition to the materials considered, which increase the resource of friction units, tribocomposites are also in demand [4].
Trubilin at the Department of Machine Repair and Materials Science, two innovative methods have been developed for restoring worn out the bearing supports of steel crankshafts [5, 6].
Further, a disc made of a material having a high hardness is installed on the shaft of the bearing assembly of the device, and a feeder with a powder of hard alloy materials is installed on the gas burner.

Introduction Tribology is a relatively young branch of engineering and the part of it that relates to materials science has been treated mostly in an empirical way until recent years.
This has lead to a widespread misconception that wear resistant materials must be hard.

Abstract— The Zinc–Aluminium (ZA) family of casting alloys are gaining wide commercial importance as journal bearing material for high load and low speed applications.
Recently, the ZA-27 alloy has been substituted for conventional journal bearing materials in a wide range of industrial applications.
Bio-lubricants may be defined generally as materials that are based on biodegradable and renewable base stocks.
These results indicate ZA 27 very good substitute for machine tool materials applicable in high load carrying application area under bio lubricating condition.

As the rapid development of metal material science, various kinds of metal materials have emerged.
The strain and stress characteristics of materials are prerequisites of its application in the actual production.
So it has to take many experiments which will cost a lot of manpower, materials, time and equipments to get the characteristics.
Especially in the finite element analysis, the first is to understand the mechanical property of materials used in the structure [2-3].
Conclusion With the development of material science and technology, today, research on new material mechanical properties has become an important project.
