(2)The solution is that base on features of water resources, ecological environment and social economy, with the guidance of the scientific development concept, to comprehensively administer , reuse produced water, and actively use advanced produced water reinjection technology, ensure that sewage is not be discharged , increase technical innovation, carry out gas injection to increase oil and gas recovery technology to replace present oil field development pattern taking precedence of water injection, strictly control the amount of freshwater injection, ultimately complete the west oil companies and local economy sustainable development.

The advanced morphing technologies, like compliant structures [8] with bi-stable materials and aero-elastic manufacturing [9] should allow a multi-role design for aircrafts with the same level of performance and flight quality. .
Advanced sensors used to measure response features for flight maneuvers; the latest software together with quality analysis methods for performances will lead to a global improvement of the bearing surfaces.
