Preparation and Magnetic Properties of Ball-milled and Subsequently Hot Pressed Fe77Al2.14Ga0.86P8.4C5B4Si2.6 Bulk Metallic Glass J.
The other restriction which can affect bulk glass formation is impurity content in the melt, which may initiate heterogeneous nucleation [12].
Upon ball milling impurities in form of the wear debris from the milling tools (mainly iron) and oxygen contamination, mechanical stress and surface roughness are introduced into the material, which changes the structural and magnetic properties of the ball-milled powder compared to the melt-spun ribbon.
The coercivity measurements reveal that the ball milling process significantly influences the soft magnetic properties characteristic for the ribbon.
In agreement with the reduction of the coercivity of the ballmilled powder upon annealing, one can prepare bulk amorphous samples with good soft magnetic properties by combination of pressing and annealing (hot pressing).

Considering mechanical property of matrix, hot die steel of Cr12 is selected as boronizing matrix.
These characteristics of these corrosive wear surfaces is the function of the properties of the materials suffered wear.
If the wear is the main mechanism of the corrosive wear, the hardness would affect the wear property according to wear theory, the fundamental precept in wear is that wear resistance increases with hardness [12].
The lack of hot hardness data for materials at test temperature makes it difficult to relate the performance of materials in molten zinc to their mechanical properties.
Ratio of hardness of corrosion products to matrix is the key factor to corrosive wear performance, which is bigger, the corrosive wear performance is worse.

Geological conditions are the key factor of Dust generation.
Analyzing the agentia used in the process of mine beneficiation and washing process such as washing, crushing and ore concentrate grade, evaluating the environmental impact of the crushing and ore concentrate dust, screening not mutually compatibility factor of dust suppression, optimizing dust suppression factor with properties of coagulation, moisture and water retention.
Firstly, select coagulation, hygroscopic and water retention factor.
We tested reaction, anti-evaporation and anti-abrasive performance and examined the coagulation effect of dust particle, and moisture absorption, water retention properties.
The main technical objectives l Excogitate an ecological type of broad-spectrum dust suppression method which is suitable for the four phosphate mines of YPC and has higher properties on bond, moisture, water and resistant to high temperatures (ground temperature 45°C).

Effect of Nanocellulose on Acoustical and Thermal Insulation Properties of Silicone Rubber Composite Mohammad Farid1,a, Agung Purniawan2,a, Diah Susanti3,a , Amaliya Rasyida4,a, Henry Yulianto5,a, Mavindra Ramadani6,a 1,2,3,4,5,6Department of Materials Engineering, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, Indonesia aEmail: mofaredo@gmail.com Keywords: nanocellulose, composite, sound absorption, silicone-rubber, palm-oil Abstract.
Besides that it also has excellent properties for sound absorption, and nanocellulose as a derivative of cellulose material has excellent physical, mechanical, chemical and thermal properties [1,2] Polymer-based materials can be derived from natural or petrochemical sources.
However, the synthetic polymer material in its application still causes a number of constraints, for example the properties of resistance to biodegradation, chemical stability, destruction takes a very long time.
The addition of nanocellulose affects the acoustic properties of the material.
Density was an important factor to determine acoustic efficiency in the same composite type.

Their practical use requires the following properties: avoiding short-circuits between neighboring wires, producing a minimum of toxic gases and dark smoke during pyrolysis, and keeping good mechanical properties.
KT Ea Aek − = (5) where A is the former factor and Ea is the apparent activation energy.
And because the crystal embryo of the Mg,Al-hydrotalcite produced instantaneously is less than 10 nm (See Fig.2(a)), the shape of the crystal embryo can be supposed to be spherical after we add the factor of shape rectify b.
And this is due to the reason that the less the Mg,Al-hydrotalcite grain, the less affecting of the shape rectify factor b based on the assumption that the grain is the round shape; (3) With prolonging the reaction time, the gap between the theory curve and the experimental curve is increased.
And the reason is as follows: 1) the concentration C0 of the reaction liquid is changed a lot after reacting a long time; but we suppose that A value, which is also decided by C0, is a constant when we draft the theory curve; 2) the longer the reaction time, the greater the Mg,Al-hydrotalcite grain size, the more affecting of the shape rectify factor b on the calculation of grain size.

Another factor affecting on the properties of the ultra-shallow junctions in Czochralski Si may be an oxygen impurity.
The physical model of oxygen redistribution with the mechanical stress influence is proposed.
In the region of arsenic distribution large mechanical stresses exist; their values are dependent on implantation dose and energy.
When annealing temperature increases, mechanical stress gradient decreases, and quantity of gettered oxygen diminishes.
Oxygen redistribution is connected with tensile mechanical stresses in implanted Si.

Among the three factors, the effect of drawing die angle on equivalent strain is the biggest, drawing speed in the middle and frication coefficient lowest.
However, drawing speed increases from 4m/s to 6m/s. temperature increase only 4℃ and less affected by friction.
The property of the wire cannot be influenced by temperature induced by deformation heat, so wires can be drawn at high speed by reasonable die designing and lubrication.
Conclusions Geometry of drawing die is the key successful factor for producing aluminum conductor at high speed.

Surlfur may also undermine the mechanical property of iron-base alloys, and especially degrade their fatigue limit and abrasive resistance significantly, which affects the lifespan of iron-base alloys.
However, limited by many factors such as blank, instrumental sensitivity, and lack of low sulfur standard samples, sulfur detection has long been the subject of the exploration for years.
Jiang Qicui [3] discussed the factors to affect the detection repeatability and accuracy, when conducting detection of trace sulfur in steel by using high frequency combustion infrared absorption method.
Jiang Xiumei et al. made research on the influential factors of coulometry method for detecting sulfur, and proposed corresponding optimization method.
