The main problem of stainless steel welding is the cracking susceptibility and the low mechanical proprieties into the heat affected zone.
The data achieved after performing the experimental tests showed the high influence degree of the parameters on the process stability and on the geometrical properties of the welded bead.
The examination was performed by Everhart Thornley Detector -ETD, with magnifications factor between 400 - 5000 X.

It appeared that the count of linen yarn treated with acid cellulose can be not only increased 6-8, breaking strengthen retain ratio can arrive 88%-99%,but also breaking lengthen change less, comprehensive properties reached equilibrium.
Results and Discussion According to the condition of cellulase function, this paper uses orthogonal experiment of four-factor and four-level(L16(44)),experiment factors include concentration of enzyme,PH value, temperature and time.Besides,we analyse the experiment results,which is based on the performance index including the weightlessness,breaking strength and breaking elongationg.As a result, we can conclude the optimum technology condition of the process of acid cellulase.Results showed in Table1.The result and analysis of orthogonal experiment showed in Table 2,Table 3.

And in the analysis of variance of the yarn count above, the sequence of four factors that influence on the degree of the yarn count are :temperature>PH value>enzyme concentration>time, Now according to this, it must be strictly control temperature and PH value,otherwise it will greatly influence the yarn processing effects.

The accuracy of the welding robot is a critical factor affects the welding quality; the method to improve its kinematic accuracy is position-pose error compensation which is based on the analysis of its position-pose error [3].
The key factor for analysis of position-pose error is to establish the position-pose error model.
Error analysis of welding robot There are lots of factors influence the robot position-pose accuracy, including: (1) the error of the structure parameters and the movement variables of the robot, there appears deviation between the actual parameters(, , ,) and its nominal value because of the error of the manufacturing and assembling process, as a result cause the error of the robot position-pose [4-5]. (2) Environmental factors, such as the temperature change of the work environment and long time wear of the robot will lead the length of the connecting arms size to produce error, and cause robot position-pose error.(3) the joint error (including the inherent error and the joint angle error which causes by the wear of the kinematic pair), the position transducer error, the control system's error and so on.

The simulation result shows that the error of a single direction is between ± 0.8mm, the total position error caused by the sensor and reducer factors is concentrated in the range of 1mm, which meet the requirements of welding technology.

In addition, the structures of carbon fiber is usually thought to be composed of crystalline and holes in two dimensional ordered, and the void content, size and distribution has a great impact on the performance of carbon fiber, and the crystal structure and defect structure is the main factor affecting the strength of carbon fibers.
It was investigated with glass fiber, carbon fiber as reinforced material, polyurethane foam for the vibration characteristics and frequency of composite matrix production response characteristics, and compares this with Sitka spruce that is suitable for making musical instrument panel, the results shows that, for the glass fiber reinforced composite materials, when the glass fiber volume fraction reaches 15%, the mechanical properties of musical instrument panel materials can be satisfied, but it is difficult to produce a composite material with so high glass fiber content.
