Introduction
The carbon steel has been extensively studied for the integrity of principal structure materials in the
nuclear power plant system such as cooling device, pressure vessel and steam generator tube. [1,2]
The corrosion resistance of carbon steel is emphasized for the operational efficiency and the sound
safety in the feeder pipes, due to the continuous driving of cooling fluid.
The approach of nondestructive technique can be regarded as another way for examining the wall thining of pipe structures as well as the degree of corrosion damages. [5,6] The acoustic emission technique is also recognized as a useful method for the on-line monitoring of microscopic failure mechanism and the position confirmation of damaged portion in the structure.
The nondestructive technique can be conducted to investigate the detection of damages in the structure of carbon steels.

SU-8 is a typical used epoxy-based negative photoresist which is used to create patterns with high aspect ratio structures.
SU-8 has high transparency in the ultraviolet region, which allows the fabrication of thick structures with nearly vertical side walls.
After exposure and developing, the high cross-linked structure has strong immunity to chemicals and radiation damage.

In addition, we want to control the gas-selective permeability of SPI films through regulating the structures of the SPI film according to the actual needs of food systems.

The obstinacy of the XRD lines testifies about the conservation of the fcc crystalline structure after high energy powder’s mechanical milling.
Consequently, random grains rotation occur leading to disordered cubic structure.
In this work, we used the rectangular waveguide R120 (19.05×9.525 mm2) as a propagating structure over the microwave range [10- 15] GHz with the Keysight Technologies N5222A vectorial Network analyser for the Sij measurement.
These new structural properties contribute to decelerate the reflection intensity by multiple reflections in the grain boundaries region which is the most disordered structure.

The artificial neural network uses back propagation network, which is widely used currently, plays an important role in the industrial system modeling, optimization and control.
The structure of multi-information fusion control system of textile workshop environment is shown in fig. 1.
The chip with ARM high-speed structure and simple system can accomplishes a variety of complex control tasks.

Results and Discussion
Grain structure in non and intentionally iron contaminated ingots
The grain structure of the ingots with and without intentional iron contamination does not change (Fig. 1).
Even at a contamination level of 400 ppmw iron, no structural breakdown of the columnar grain structure, caused by constitutional supercooling, was observed as described in literature [3].

ZnO has a hexagonal wurtzite structure (c = 0.521 nm, a = 0.321 nm) with oxygen atoms on hexagonal sites and zinc atoms on tetrahedral sites.
There is a peak shifts value towards the bulk ZnO up to deposition speed of 40 mm/min indicating that the relaxation of the crystal structure of ZnO thin films.
XRD analysis showed that all samples had a hexagonal wurtzite structure.
These transmittance values were significantly influenced by the crystallite structure of the films.
