A 500 nm thick quartz (SiO2) was sputter deposited on the samples, followed by standard lithography and reactive ion etching (RIE) to pattern and etch vias in the oxide, thus exposing the SiC contact regions on the TLM structures.
(a) (b) Fig. 1: a) Complete TLM structure with the Au capped Pt:Ti 80:20 at. % ratio ohmic contacts and diffusion barrier layers, and b) schematic cross section of the buried Pt:Ti 80:20 at. % ratio interconnect anchored between two contacts.
The actual and illustrative structures obtained after above processes are shown in Fig. 1 (a) and (b) for the TLM structure, diffusion barrier/burried interconnect, respectively.
After the 30 minutes Ar anneal at 700 ºC and 15 minutes thermal soak at 800 ºC in atmosphere, the SCR from the n- and p-type 4H-SiC TLM structures having doping levels of Nd=7 x 1018 cm-3 and Na=2 x 1020 cm-3 were 7 x 10-5 and 7.4 x 10-4 W-cm2, respectively.

See its structure in Figure 2.
Figure 4 Structure of compound 2 2.3 Liquefaction Reaction Mechanism of Wheat-straw Cellulose.
By comparing to the three structure units of lignin, it is found that the corresponding structure was to p-coumaric alcohol structure and mustard alcohol structure.
Therefore, we could infer that when straw liquefied, the cleavage of β-O-4 bond would firstly occur in lignin high polymer and produce a large number of small molecule monomers, of which guaiacyl lignin would degenerate into p-coumaric alcohol structure mustard alcohol structure, while the hydroxymethyl phenyl lignin would degenerate into mustard alcohol structure.

In air the amorphous iron(III) oxide nanopowder mostly transforms to γ-Fe2O3 with the cubic spinel structure, while heating it in nitrogen atmosphere or vacuum results in the formation of αFe2O3 with the hexagonal corundum structure or Fe3O4 with the spinel structure [2,3].
β-Fe2O3 has a body-centered cubic "bixbyite" structure with Ia3 space group, and two non-equivalent octahedral sites of Fe III ions in the crystal lattice.
Owing to the spinel structure with two sublattices, maghemite is a typical representative of the ferrimagnetic materials.
The structure derives from a close packing of four oxygen layers.
Three nonequivalent anion and four cation (Fe1, Fe2, Fe3, Fe4) positions are in the orthorhombic structure.

This paper reports on the investigation of the influence of the UFG structure on the fatigue properties of CP Ti.
The UFG structures were obtained by means of ECAP combined with forging broaching and drawing.
The test results of pure Ti with the UFG structure are shown in Fig. 2 (curve 1).
Various techniques are suitable for achieving the formation of special structures in Ti materials.

Therefore, it’s important to investigate the interaction mechanism and to analyze the exudation behavior of effective compositions in laterite influencing engineering indices from the viewpoint of chemistry combination with microstructure.
Insoluble CaCO3 and MgCO3 (mainly is CaCO3) in laterite structure play a role of “skeleton”, when they present as crystalline solid.
Ferric chlorides and aluminum chlorides can be brought out by pressure seepage flow from clay and soil body, resulting in the clay structure hollowed.
Because that CO2 of positive pressure leads to laterite aggregates structure swell and micro-porosity increase.
