The XRD (Maxima XRD-7000 Shimadzu) was used to elucidate the crystal structure of the as-prepared core-shell nanoparticles.
Even though the particles appeared to be agglomerated, their shape and structures can still be observed.
Most of the particles were spherical in shape but some cube-like structures also appeared, but spherical structure pre-dominated the cube-like structures.
It appears to be somewhat similar to the structure of cauliflower rather than a sphere.
