The difference between transition layer and heat affected zone of the sample F-J looked relatively small, although F-Y’s grain was coarsening in the heat-affected zone.
The grains staggered distributed at the frontier, which was different from the strip structure along the rolling direction of base metal.
XRD results also collected a large number of substrate information such as Al3V, TiO2, Ti and Ti8.86V1.14, etc.

One method dealing with the effects of Fe impurities is to make an intermetallic compound with fine grains of Fe compounds via rapid solidification.
After Fe addition, the grain size became fine.
The size and number of Fe-containing intermetallic compounds increased.

Flotation of fine coal was carried out in a laboratory flotation machine type FL 237 with the number of revolutions of the impeller 1740 per minute, air consumption 1.2 l/min, the volume of the flotation chamber 0.75 liters, in feed solids 100 g/l. as flotation agent is a mixture of lighting kerosene (95 %) and blowing agent T-66 (the VAT residue of rectification of dimethyldioxane) – 5 %, the flow rate of the mixture to 1.0 and 2.0 kg per 1 ton of floated sludge(Table 2).

However, ash content of flotation concentrate for all the layers is considerably higher (9.1 to 12.2 per cent), however, and its output is also higher and is in the range of 81.6 – 95.5 per cent depending on the consumption of flotation reagents (Table 3).The ash content of the flotation concentrate is enhanced by mechanical removal in a foam product of fine mineral grains, which is typical for mechanical (impeller) of the flotation, especially when flotation is sufficient high-ash sludge (about 20 %).

The granularity of mid-fan become smaller compared with fan root, the lithology is mainly characterized by gritstone and grained sandstone, the amplitude of the electric curves become lower.
Fanlike sand body is accumulated in the deep lake area by a great number of debris which is carried by turbidity current of sublacustrine fan system, its shape commonly like huge lensing in the dark mudstone[10].It mainly developed in retrogradation sequence sets (Sq2,Sq3) of fault depression super sequence, formed a setting of grey black mud shale of a semi-deep lake, represented a set of anti-size grading sandtone sedimentation ,containing the debris of land sources transported by the gravity flow and rapid accumulation.
The lithology of fan delta can make a transition from grained sandstone to mudstone.

This conclusion coincided with the trend of increasing grain size in the SEM micrographs shown in Fig. 3.
The sample calcined at 800 ºC (Fig. 3b), grain growth was obvious, and the particle size was more than 150 nm.

Phases of the Manufacturing Process During all the test the material grain direction was taken into account, with the aim of the fatigue tests had the same test conditions.
Hence the importance of taking into account in the fatigue tests the grain direction.

From a large number of experimental results, it can be concluded that copper or chrome-copper can be welded with copper-tungsten, but some of the products have fracture face at the junction, and the bending angle is less than 90 degrees.
The width of welding seam is about 2mm.Because of fine grain there is not a clear grain boundary between base metal, closely integrated with each other and no defect.

It is also found that the nickel silicide has two layers: the top layer is polycrystalline phase with the grain size of a few hundred nm and the bottom layer is composed of granule phase.
No noticeable pile-up of carbon at either silicide interfaces or grain boundaries were observed by EDX analysis.
It has been known that diffusion coefficient takes a minimum value at an exact stoichiometric composition and takes larger values at non-stoichiometric compositions due to the concentration dependence of the number of structural point defects [10].

First, PCBN tool has good wear resistance for the high hardness and high stability of CBN grains.
Seen from appearance, its wear mainly is mechanical wear, also it generates CBN grain abscission.
So Usui's model is used to predict tool wear in this paper. The author of literature [4] did a large number of experiments to deeply study tool wear forms and tool life when the PCBN tool (AMBORITE DBC50) cutting GCr15, the influence law of workpiece hardness and cutting speed on PCBN tool wear are obtained.

Due to the high safety requirements to modern cars, the number of hot stamped components per vehicle increases and accordingly, the OEM's and tier-one-suppliers expand their manufacturing capacities.
The sheet that is inserted into the tool still has to have a fully austenitic grain structure.
Investigations have shown that even with very short dwell times at 950 °C a fully austenitic grain structure could be obtained.
