Huang Xianguo et al. tested transverse amplitude and dynamic properties before and after strengthening to evaluate repair effect of XiaoTangHe Bridge on the SuHuang railway [2].Although a lot of researches about bridge strengthening detection have been demonstrated, it is still difficult to implement a long-term bridge health status monitoring, which is a necessary means to accurately evaluate the strengthening effect.

Engineering Overview The construction control are the key for long span bridge to ensure the safety and stability in the process of construction[1-7].In history, some serious accidents with the loss of lives and money have happened because of the absence of effective controlling technologies in construction.As a unique arch bridge, Tongtai Bridge consists of oblique arch rib, curved beam and spatial inclining suspenders,which result in more complicated force properties for arch rib.In the absence of ready-made experience situation, the questions, as far as arch rib is concerned, involving how to make a construction plan, clarify critical points need to be controlled at every stage of construction, offer effective measures to ensure the safety during construction of arch rib and make the mechanical state as close as possible to design level must be researched and settled.

(iii) Treatment to temperature influence.To reduce the difficulty settling the complex influence factor,the temperature doesn’t be taken as a separate case but as a correction term,and the period lifting and adjusting arch rib is chosen at night or in the morning before sunrise.

The value of tangential adhesive stress is affected by the viscous medium pressure, viscosity and forming time.
Because of too many working procedure, it is difficult to control the forming quality, this method can't satisfy the increasing requirement of improving the properties of forming parts.
Taking advantage of the mechanical property and easily loading mode of viscous medium, the occurrence of tube buckling can be delayed and the wrinkling can even be removed in a certain extent during local tube-compression process by VPF, which increase the diameter reduction limit.

Introduction The unique mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced concrete have been widely recognized by people, but the difficulties in the preparation process still exist.
The study found that air oxidation can improve the carbon fiber composite mechanical properties significantly.
However, this method is more intense reaction, if the control of temperature or time is not appropriate, it will cause excessive oxidation, and seriously affect the mechanical properties of carbon fiber.
It could improve the negative factors of the carbon fiber surface.
According to the literature [3], oxidation temperature and time are the main factors of liquid oxidation.

On the basis of analyzing the �-potential of nanodiamond particles, the influence of chemical mechanical treatment (CMT) on the dispersion stability and infrared spectra of nanodiamond was studied.
But the existence of aggregates affects its characteristics as a kind of nano-scale particle.
When used for ultrafine polishing, (hard) aggregates cause nicks on the surface of workpiece which affect the roughness of finished workpiece.
The formation and properties of nanodiamond aggregates are very complicated.
This work aims at the factors affecting the �-potential of nanodiamond in order to get its disaggregation method.
