Amorphous alloy material has good soft magnetic properties, so it can be used for stress measurement.
Under certain thermodynamics condition, this kind of bidirectional transformation efficiency may be measured by the mechanical - electrical coupling coefficient k.
The Fe-base amorphous alloy has the very high electro-mechanical transformation efficiency, and its mechanical -electrical coupling coefficient k may further enhance when through suitable annealing processing.
For example, the mechanical-electrical coupling coefficient k of the Fe28Si10B12 amorphous alloy may reach 0.75 after magnetic field annealing processing.
The computed result showed when the exciting current frequency is 500Hz, the skin depth is 0.3mm, and thus test specimen magnetism characteristic cannot affect the demarcation test.

Figure 1: Main uncertainty factors during production process (5Ms) Thereby, the category ‘milieu’ includes the uncertainty from the environment such as temperature gradients in plants, excitations by other machines or air humidity effects.
Finally, the workpiece material properties have to be treated as variables due to material inhomogeneity and strength gradients.
Figure 2: Uncertainty factors during the reaming process The uncertainty within the process chain hole making and hole finishing can be mainly described by three occurring process errors (Fig. 2).
These two uncertainty factors have been considered and investigated in various research projects [1,3,4,5].

Thus, during the processing by an electron beam, significant changes occur in the structural-phase states and in the properties of the material in thin surface layers [8].
Developing in this process of structural rearrangement, structural-phase transformations occur under conditions that are far from thermodynamically equilibrium states, and they allow obtaining modified surface layers with a unique complex of physical and mechanical properties [9].

Influence of different additives on nonlinear optical properties such media is considered.
Different synthesis method and variation of components are used to achieve the required optical properties.
At the same time the formation of certain molecular chains at the atomic level in a given configuration significantly affects the nonlinear optical properties of the material.
It this allows to significantly improve nonlinear optical properties of medium [1-3].
The density of network, thickness of fibers, mechanical properties of synthesized materials depend on the type and concentration of the macromolecules.

Entering the near-fault vertical seismic waves, the affect of isolation layer parameters and earthquake intensity on the isolation effect is studied.
In the high-intensity areas, isolation building reduces horizontal earthquake action, the vertical earthquake action may become the main controlling factor of structural response, it reduces the structural security.
Currently, the disk spring has been widely used in mechanical vibration and shock-absorbing devices, the cross-section of single disk spring is shown in Fig.1.

Among these surfacing techniques, laser surface melting (LSM) can be used as a new and promising process to enhance the surface properties of a component in a protective gas atmosphere.
After LSM, the ensuing self-quenching is rapid enough to eliminate the need for external quenching to produce a wide range of intriguing microstructure while the properties of the bulk can be preserved.
Despite of various studies on the use of LSM for the improvement of surface properties [7], little attention has been paid to the influence of overlapping on the microstructures and corrosion resistance.
Thus, the G/R value becomes the controlling factor for the morphology selection.
In order to obtain homogenous mechanical and corrosion properties on the surface of the treated material, the influence of the OR of laser tracks has been investigated: 16.7%, 33.3% and 50% OR were chosen.

Thus, mechanical and retentive properties of the cold pressed metal matrix mainly depend on the sintering conditions, which affect the matrix microstructure.
It is stated, that metal matrix is characterised by good retentive properties when holds diamond crystals firmly and keeps them exposed for maximum cutting efficiency.
When matrix contains high affinity element(s) for carbon, e.g. iron, than mechanical bonding is supported by metal-carbon (diamond) chemical reaction [1,2].
These allotropic phases are characterised by different properties: the phase ε is much more brittle and harder then phase α [3].
Then, it is obvious that cobalt's properties depend on its phase composition.

The quality requirements of thread type of mechanical parts mainly include dimension consistency, internal and external defects and mechanical properties, which have corresponding mature inspection methods.
Among dimension measurements, the key geometry element, screw thread, will affect the whole performance and long term availability of product.
Otherwise, it will lead to extra shading error. 3) The related position between axis of screw thread and optical axis becomes the main factor when applying backlight vision measurement and traditional image measurement.
Therefore, it is important to guarantee this position precision through mechanical fixture or other methods.
Shading effect, however, doesn’t affect the measurement of last three ones.
