Table 1 summarizes the deposition parameters, chemical composition and mechanical properties
of TiC/a-C:H nanocomposite coatings.

It has been shown that the CoF of TiC/a-C:H nanocomposite coatings decreases with lowering humidity [1], analogous to the results observed on pure a-C:H DLC films [8, 9].
