A transportation project includes many industries, such as architecture, geotechnology, power, structure, transportation and water.
The highly professional division makes numerous software interfaces, it is difficult to achieve project integration and form informational circuits, and thus the loss of information is serious, resulting in large duplication and waste.

The shallow ground water in the field is divided into pore diving and pore micro-pressure water in terms of bury condition and hydraulic characteristics of ground water.
The sampling spots were arranged in a joint mode by grid distribution and professional examiners.
Estimate for Cr polluted water.
Cr polluted water is mainly concentrated two waste water catchments that contain Cr element.
So far, the two pools filled waster water, and water volume is about 3100m3.

Types of pollution in the environmental monitoring laboratory
Waste water The waste water in the environmental monitoring laboratory including excess test samples, the residues as the standard calibration curve, samples analysis, invalid standard solutions, reagents, lotions and so on, which composition are extremely complex.
The waste water had complex compositions including common organic compounds, heavy metal ions, harmful microorganisms, rare cyanide relatively and benzopyrene, etc.
The wastewater included extra produce samples, standard curve and samples analysis of the failure of residual liquid, storage and lotions, a large liquid washing water, etc.
In addition, the waste liquid may produce more toxic organic metals by microbes while they were discharged to the water for a long time.
Thus, on the one hand, we should actively launch the actions of the laboratory safety training and education in order to enhance the professional quality of laboratory staff.

The design of biochemical module
2.1 The process choice of biochemical module
The quality of effluent water after decentralized wastewater treatment process can not meet the discharge standard and often appear the phenomenon of stop working, because of a lack of professional and technical personnel for routine maintenance and management.
The wastewater after treatment is used for garden greening, and the water quality can reach the demand of the Reuse Of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard For Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption(GB/T18920-2002). 5.2 Raw water quality The raw sewage is from a joint building septic tanks of dormitories.
However, the overall effluent has a steady water quality and water yield.
The average production of water was 45 tons / day and the cost of reclaimed water was 1.70 yuan per ton.
The reclaimed water was used for greening and washing eventually which replaced for the tap water.

It is necessary to pay increased attention to this topic due to the aforementioned reasons and gradually preparing the laic public, but mainly the professional public for designing, assessment and construction in accordance with the development of EPB requirements.
The Directive is related to designing and construction of structures in such a way that they would meet requirements for EPB, i.e. requirements for consumption of energy in the building intended for heating, production of domestic hot water (DHW), ventilation, cooling and lighting.
Similar approach was also used systems of domestic hot water (DHW) production.
Natural gas or electricity was taken into account in all analysed variants as energy carrier intended for heating and production of domestic hot water.
Three buildings (VARIANT II.b – 1 storey - R+, VARIANT III.b – 1 storey - OZE and VARIANT VII.c – 1 storey - “B“) would also met this requirement, if natural gas would be used instead of electricity as an energy carrier for heating and production of domestic hot water.

The Background of Transformation
In order to welcome Lancang County celebration in Pu’er City , Yunnan Province, the local government organized the professional to protect and reform Jingmai Village in Jingmai Mangjing tourist areas systematically.
The widespread use of solar energy has changed the life in ethnic minority areas greatly and provides the most convenient and cheapest source of hot water for the local people, and it is the safest and most environmentally friendly energy-saving product.
(Fig.4) Fig.4 Solar Water Heater Hidden Before (Left) and Hidden (Right) Conclusion During the entire process of transformation from design to construction and then to acceptance, the government, designers, owners of households and construction unit, etc. all play an important role.
