Then at ~800 to ~850 cm-1, the presence of NZ may have contributed to internal vibrations of Si–O and Al–O which were more pronounced at 0.25 and 0.75% NZ content.

Based on the results, the preferred orientation of Cu2O thin films were [111] consistent with the previous finding byFariza et al. [2].
El Hajj had concluded that the cracks were associated with either the formation of gas bubbles, to the dehydration process itself or from the shearing stress between the substrate and the deposition [14].From the cross-sectional image, the thickness of n-type Cu2O thin film obtained was approximately 3.56 µm.
This finding is parallel to the previous study by Asyikin et al. which showed an offset of absorbance at about 600nm for Cu2O thin film[15].From the absorbance obtained, the absorbance coefficient satisfies the equation (αhv)2= A(hv-Eg) for a direct gap material.
This finding was equivalent with earlier report by El Shaer et al. which revealed that the band gap for Cu2O thin film is about 1.80 -2.16 eV [8].

Abstract: New light super-heat-resistant powder Ni3Al and NiAl-based alloys (of the Ni-Al-Mo-B,
Ni-Al-Fe-La, and Ni-Al-Y2O3 systems), as well as a new technology for preparing and processing
them have been developed.
The sintered alloys containing (wt %) 0.1% La or 5% Fe + 0.1 % La were characterized by UTS = 250, 54, 25 and 12 MPa (EL = 0.8, 18, 12 and 9%) at 600, 1100, 1300 and 1500°C, respectively.

According to Yang & El-Haik [3], Taguchi’s Tolerance Design Experiment (TTDE) is a regular orthogonal array design of experiment in which the orthogonal array is a fractional factorial experimental matrix that is orthogonal and balanced.
Unlike the works [2,4] mentioned above, Andrew et al. [1] investigated only the effect of tolerance specifications of robot kinematic parameters on its performance.
In this case, according to Yang & El-Haik [3], the S/N ratio is defined as (1) where: n = the number of experiments; ei = the positional error of robot’s end effector in the ith experiment.

For the composite material, EL and ET are the longitudinal and
transverse Young's moduli (173 and 33.1 GPa, respectively), GLT is the shear modulus (9.38 GPa),
and vLT is the Poisson's ratio (0.036).
The Young's moduli, EL and ET are considered as uncertainty parameters in this example.
Due to lack of enough experimental data and knowledge, there are only two evidence sources which given the multiple interval information for the scales (α and β) of the Young's mouli (EL and ET) as follow: [0.5,1.5], [0.8,2.0] α β ∈ ∈ .

Contraction of multiple SSFs was observed recently using electroluminescence (EL) imaging [[] J.D.
Lett. 90 (2007) 143519 ], after high temperature annealing, and also by using EL imaging under concurrent low current bias and heating at 210 oC for 1 hour.
Based on the EL studies, and simulations, Caldwell et al. suggested a driving force model that also accounted for SSF contraction [[] J.D.
