Introduction Composite material is an artificial multiphase material that made up of two or more kinds of materials with different physical and chemical properties.
More and more advanced composite materials have been used in aeronautic and astronautic fields due to their mechanical properties such as high specific strength, high specific modulus, characteristic-designable, good performance on anti vibration fatigue and corrosion resisting, etc [1].

The adherend materials were steel DC01 and aluminum alloy 6016.
In the experiments, five types of T-joints were made with a combination different materials and thickness of adherend to make three kinds of balanced joints and two kinds of imbalanced joints.

Moreover, ionic liquids have proved to be environmental friendly solvents for synthesizing inorganic materials.
Until now, lots of materials have been synthesized in RTIL.
For characterization of the obtained materials, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE–SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) have been used.
Structures of the solid phase and crystallinities were carried out by XRD with a scan rate of 4 ° (2θ) min-1 (MAC Science, MXP18).

The properties of the composite materials such as the maximum supportable temperature-time load are important selection criteria.
The preservation of the property profile of the materials is the top priority [1].

It has found appeal to many potential applications including water and air treatment materials[1,2], catalysts and catalyst supports[3], and excellent degradation for organic pollutants[4-7].
At present, the synthesis of micro/nano-materials research in ionic liquids has attracted widely attention of scientific researchers[11-13].

They are selected on the basis of cutting tests for specific materials.
Simulations of machining other materials were also done, and the cutting forces obtained for machining different materials is shown in Figure 6.
Comparison of cutting force Ft for different materials (a=1.4x45º, b=2 mm, f=0,05mm) It follows that the cutting forces for different materials may vary considerably and that must be taken into account during robot load verification.

An implicit numerical algorithm for the integration of the primary/secondary creep constitutive law at the material point level is derived.
Introduction The growing application of polymeric materials as structural materials, polyethylene in particular, demands new methodologies for assessing the material capability to withstand loads.
The accurate modelling of fracture and viscoelastic material responses of such structures represents a key to the prediction of structural integrity.
