Now the operators use real-time data and their experience to dispatch the system, but the huge data system brings much inconvenience to operators.
Dispatching operation risk mainly has three sources: firstly, the risk caused by operation failure, which always due to device failure; secondly, the risk existed in system itself after successful operation; thirdly, the risk caused by system reliability reduction after successful operation.
Fig.3 Dispatching operation risk assessment frame 1) Risk scene determination module: in this module, risk scene is determined based on the dispatching operation order from the operator, combining with basic network data and operation risk source data from the real-time database to obtain the risk source state set. 2) Operation risk analysis module: this module obtains risk consequences by topology analysis and power flow calculation on the basis of determined risk scene, and then calculates operation risk indices combining with the operation probability data got from database to provide a reference to operators.
On the basis of analyzing historical data of Guangdong power grid, we can assume that dispatching operation success probability is 0.98, and then the operation failure probability is 0.02.
Probability data used in this paper are based on historical data, so the real-time modified probability data model will be the focus in the future works.

It shows that the predictions of the models are in good agreement with the experimental data.
To consider this effect, a proportionality factor, k, is introduced which can be determined from experimental data.
Figs.1 and 2 show the predicted trends (in lines) and experimental data (in symbols) for straight and contour cutting, respectively.
It is encouraging that the predicted trends are in good agreement with the experimental data.
Quantitative comparisons were made based on the percentage deviation of the predicted results from experimental data, as shown in Fig.3.

Thus, a 3D Finite Element Model of the process has been set up at IUL in order to analyze the process in detail, providing online as well as cross sectional data of the specimen formed.
In order to shift the denoted material in radial direction, a radial tensile stress is assumed while a reduction in diameter goes along with tangential compressive stresses.
Applying substructuring of the blank and solving these substructures on multi-processor machines showed a reduction of the solution time to approximately one quarter by using four or more processors [10].

Extraction of Diffusion Correlation Information from Tracer, Interdiffusion and Ionic Conductivity Data I.V.
In terms of tracer correlation factors and atom-vacancy exchange frequencies we have the following reduction for the vacancy-wind factor: B ABBA B ABBA B A BAAB A BAAB A w)ww(cf w)ww(cf)f/f( w)ww(cf w)ww(cf)f/f( S −− −− = −− −− = 0 0 (6) There are also closely related expressions relating the two intrinsic diffusion coefficients D I A and DI B and the corresponding tracer diffusion coefficients: * * 1)( AA A A B A ABAAA I A DrD f cfcf D j j =        − = − ; * * 1)( BB B B A B ABBBB I B DrD f cfcf D j j =        − = − (7) where the r factors are also loosely described as vacancy-wind factors.
While it is tempting to apply Eq. 16 to glasses where much data have been measured, it is nonetheless much more appropriate to apply it to crystalline systems such as alkali earth silicates.

Equation 2 was independently fit to tensile stress-strain data from each test.
These descriptions of the stress-strain data were used to create the strain-dependent (SDTD) model [15], and are used here to create a time-dependent tensile data (TDTD) material model.
These curves agree well with the experimental data.
The simulation results agree well with the tensile experimental data.
No tensile data are available for ε < 10-4 s-1.

Aim reducing the emission of carbon dioxide that comes from cement production in the period of realizing the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of China. emission of carbon dioxide of biomass (cattle manure) combustion, the chemical propriety of the biomass (cattle manure) ash and the CMA’s present situation of application in concrete are studied in the paper. the result indicate that the biomass ash (CMA) replacing some cement in concrete is feasibility, the analysis will provide basic data for generalizing biomass ash(CMA) application in the concrete.

The regularities and causes of changes (reduction) indicators of the quality of concrete with combined aggregate.
Structural analysis data with certain reliability allows to establish the influence of certain technological factors on the formation of the structure and properties of products and can provide effective control of production.
The obtained data confirmed the assumption that the presence of hydrate formations of cement stone on the surface of the combined aggregate, close in structure and chemical composition to crystallizing tumors, promotes the formation of strong isomorphic and epitaxial coalitions between calcite carbonate fillers and calcium oxide hydrate due to the proximity of the lattice parameters of these crystals.
