In this paper, a nondestructive technique is used as a tool to control cracks and microcracks in materials.
A simulation by a numerical approach such as the finite element method is employed to detect cracks in materials and eventually to study their propagation using a crucial parameter such as the stress intensity factor.
The nondestructive testing of materials became a tool impossible to circumvent for the improvement of quality (during the development) and of safety (at the time of the uniform), it relates to fields very diverse [3].

By combining Eq.10, 11 and12, the material removal rate model is shown as follows
According to Preston Equation, the material removal model for the MRT-based ballonet polishing was established, and the control model for uniform material removal was proposed.
