According to the traditional ways of loading problem, adopt split open forming technology, control the material open shunt forming, with the organic combination of transfer volume distribution and precise forming, enhance the liquidity of materials, reduce the forming load effectively, avoid the forming defects, improve the deformation uniformity. 2.
Fig.1 Single-pass integral loading finite element model The two-pass shunt open loading process diagram as shown in figure 2, in the integral process of split open loading shown in figure 2 (a) ,the material flow direction is contrast to the punch direction, and punch incomplete contact metal materials, but the reverse flow freely with open extrusion, which can guarantee the metal in internal complex structure and high ribs cavity can fully filled under the smaller load.

Exploration of Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy vibration energy harvestor Qingxin Zhang 1, a, Huiyang Yu 1,b and Yuhuan Xie 1,c 1 Automation department, Shenyang Aerospace University, Shenyang, China a e-mail: zhy9712@sau.edu.cn, b e-mail: yuhuiyang1989@126.com, c e-mail: 375648665@qq.com Keywords: Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy (MSMA), piezoelectric materials(PZT), giant magnetostrictive material (Terfenol-D), vibration energy harvestor.
Magnetically shape memory alloy (short for MSMA) can gets a larger deformation rate under the conditions of the martensite in the applied magnetic field, and having a shape memory function, high force , frequency and large energy density, it is expected to become a key materials of the new generation of smart actuators and sensors.
Wherein the electromagnetic type is constituted by the coil and the permanent magnet, using smart materials collected energy mainly to the piezoelectric material (PZT) and giant magnetostrictive material (Terfenol-D).

In order to improve the catalytic efficiency, stability and the light absorption capacity of the nano-TiO2 materials, people have used many methods, including doping, grafting light absorption unit, impregnating, etc, to prepare new nano-TiO2 materials [4-7] in recent years.
At the same time, TiO2/CNT composites in which CNT acts as carriers have been one of new attractive materials.
