According to the relative data and materials, the energy flowchart of Sichuan province in 2010 was drew at first, then the energy input, output, consumption, corresponding pollutants emission of Sichuan province from 2005 to 2010 were analyzed simultaneously.

Should be used to build the life of the material to consider,try to make the two times between maintenance and replacement material longer time.Avoid the use of toxic materials,choose to have similar functions but toxicity minimum material, don't choose to use pesticides processing timber,choose boron processing timber, don't choose solvent paint, and choose water paint.contains CFC and HCFC material to avoid to use,and radiation volatile organics materials like HCHO, TDI, material also should avoid to use.Even for the use of PVC also want to consider again and again.Building garbage disposal point should be comprehensive utilization, all conditions of use, try to comprehensive utilization.
