The use of advanced materials for remanufacturing increases the
life extension efficiency.
The properties of the constituent materials of the weldment at 640 oC are taken from the previous literature[9, 10].
The results may give us several hints: (1) For cylinders of different materials the surface coating or repair should be applied in different surfaces; (2) For the materials controlled by the maximal principal stress, the inspections by replica, MT and so on could be done on the outer surface.

Abstract.
Gas sensor with organic semiconductor material also attracts more and more attentions, it has an important position in detection of toxic and harmful gas [5].
Phthalocyanines is a kind of organic small molecular materials commonly used in OTFT active layer, it has become the main material in molecular semiconductor research [6].
It has high sensitivity and high selectivity to a specific kind of gas at room temperature and it’s easy to be modified at the same time making it a kind of organic gas-sensing material with broad application prospect and also a kind of organic gas-sensing material with a lot of practical value which has been studied a lot and developed rapidly.

Introduction
Co2Z hexagonal ferrite material now shows many particular advantages in researches on application of low temperature sintering chip inductor materials and high-frequency magnetic materials [1~2].
Researches indicate that via measures of modifying materials doped, graining refinement and reducing the sintering temperature, magnetic performance of hexagonal ferrite materials can always be improved effectively [6].
