In finite element analysis, the model processing, load and boundary conditions, the unit mesh is the key point, which directly affects the accuracy of the results.
Second, the element type is selected and the material properties are defined.
Setting element properties are prepared for meshing.
It is the characteristics of display to control nodes and elements, such as label, shrink, elements, material properties and the default designation of loading conditions.
The precision and scale of calculating are affected by how much is meshes.

However, it is difficult to apply the foregoing laser plastic welding technology for this joining in terms of the bigger difference in physical properties between the joining materials.
Such joining is generally performed using adhesive bonds or mechanical tools, such as bolts and rivets.
For the laser joining between metals and nonpolar plastic, we cloud develop a new insert sheet in which the difference in physical properties between the joining materials has been reduced [4,5].
the adhesive property.
Therefore, a hydrogen bond is a controlling factor in the joining of aluminum and the insert materials compared to the acid-base interaction.

The factors which affect the choice of machining scheme are dynamic, and can not conduct qualitative description.
Therefore, a reasonable machining scheme decision-making process can be looked as a fuzzy reasoning process: 1) Determining the domain of discourse U :U={u1,u2,…,un}, the factors set V :V={v1,v2,…,vn}, the evaluation of various factors set Ri: Ri={ri1,ri2,…,rim}, and the weight set W: W={w1,w2,…,wn}, wi≥0, i=1, 2, …, m.
Set A is made up of machining step and property of faces and holes, and its factor is factor of polychromatic sets.
Property of faces and holes respectively represents b1 and b2.
All factors individual color of polychromatic sets will be expressed in the form of contour matrix: ||ci(j)||A, F(A)=[A×F(A)].

Many factors affect the economic efficiency of an ACC system; the most important factor is the ambient dry-bulb temperature, which directly affects the air cooling system's condensation effects.
Secondly, its excellent thermophysical properties; in standard atmospheric pressure (101.325kPa), the fusion point is -77.7oC and the freezing point is -33.4oC.
A turbine relative internal efficiency of 0.9, a mechanical efficiency of 0.98, a generator efficiency of 0.98 and a estimated gross to net conversion factor of 0.9 have been used.
The freeze problem of ammonia could not been considered when it used as cooling medium due to its physical properties.
So the most important factors for LEC are the total investment of the plant and the annual net electricity delivered to the grid.

In recently published studies, Osório et al. [24] have established correlations between mechanical properties and microstructure parameters for Pb-Ag and Pb-Bi alloys.
Properties Symbol/units Al-3wt.
Care should be taken, however, when trying to explain a general tendency such as the influence of solute content on hi because a number of other important factors influence such tendency.
The establishment of expressions correlating the mechanical behavior with microstructure parameters can enable metal production industries to optimize the complex task of predicting mechanical properties of materials.
The mechanical properties of any solidified material are usually monitored by hardness testing, which is one of the easiest and most straightforward techniques [31].

Overheating is defined as the degradation of material properties as a result of processing outside the conventional machining process envelope, causing excessive frictional heating.
This suggests that the viewing angle affects the visibility of machining damage on mechanically polished alloy plate and the alloy plate after TSAA; however, the visibility of the machining damage on the alloy plate after CAA is less dependent on the viewing angle.
It is indicated that the surface gloss is the key factor influencing the visibility of machining damage on the alloy.
This is why the overheated regions are revealed as dark areas after mechanical polishing to 4000 grit.
Further, the nature of the anodic film may influence optical property of the anodized surface.

The effect of B, Si, P, Cr, Ni, Zr and Mg on cohesive properties of Al and the special grain boundary (GB) Σ5 (210)[100], as well as their segregation behavior at the GB and the (210) surface are studied by first principles method.
We use the calculated properties to analyze the effect of the alloying element on the bond strength related properties of the alloy.
Cohesive property calculations.
It turns out, that almost the same elements that have a strengthening effect on the GB’s properties (negative η) strengthen the bulk of Al (positive χ) as well (see Table 2).
