However, the resulting liquors contained sulfates, which might negatively affect the service life of equipment; for this reason, 2% NaOH solution was chosen for further leaching of fluorine from spent carbon parts of lining.
It was estimated at 31.2 g/m3 by X-ray fluorescence testing herein, which might negatively affect the service life of equipment should these liquors go into further recycling.
However, the resulting liquors contained sulfates, which might negatively affect the operation of equipment; for this reason, 2% NaOH solution is the reagent of choice for leaching F- from carbon SPL.
To intensify the process, the authors plan to further experimentally investigate the effects of various factors (solid-to-liquid ratio, process temperature, etc.) to improve solvent extraction of fluorine.

The hydraulic retention time (HRT)[2]and sludge retention time (SRT)[3]achieves separation .The trapped biodegradable macromolecular organic matter reacts and degradates continuously in the reaction tank.BMBR has high efficiency and good water quality, meanwhile ,its area is small, the operation and management is simple[4].However, serious membrane fouling[5-7] as well as a large number of surplus sludge affect its application.
The most important properties of the carrier: (1)Excellent physical properties; (2) Adequate mechanical strength and stability; (3)Good surface charged properties; (4)No toxic or inhibitory; (5)Cheap. 1.3 Test operation Sewage passes through gas-water mixer into the treatment equipment, the gas - water mixer passes through micro-fixed bed from below .Then water flows porous micro-membrane under the action of hydraulic pressure.
Considering water quality standards [10]and economic factors ,HRT 3h ~ 4h is the most suitable . 2.3 SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy ) Analysis Under the stable operation conditions , a small piece of carriers seperately is taken out at 0m(bottom),0.5m,0.8m and top , Carriers color is yellow at the top of fixed bed and the lower part is black.

In the end, the analytical results simulation is applied to have better understanding of the effects of blood flow behavior over the elasticity aortic wall properties.
The purpose has been satisfied by collecting the aorta analytical data to lead an analysis of the healthy artery wall biomechanical properties.
Therefore, strain, distensibility, PWV and strain energy can spot early regional changes in aortic properties to damage elastic fibers.
The results have provided an interesting database that aims at analyzing the healthy biomechanical properties of the artery wall, as has been proposed as a predictive factor for rupture risk The present study affirms that the analytic approach adopted is a powerful tool for investigating potential effects of blood pressure in arterial geometry and wall properties on pulse wave propagation.

Initially, under the assumption of initial isotropy and totally incompressible of the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, the deformable sealing properties are analyzed using Yeoh-Revised and Yeoh models.
Subsequently, the high pressure and high temperature test verifies that the material strength properties are the prerequisites to achieve a stable and reliable seal.
Additionally, external factors, such as large outside temperatures and internal Mises stresses, can accelerate the ageing process of CPRC, which may potentially result in structural damage [24, 25].
Sealing properties and structure optimization of packer rubber under high pressure and high temperature.
Analysis of failure factors and countermeasures of casing packer during completion testing.

Keywords: machine needles, brittle fracture, degradation of the structure, adhesion.
Therefore, this study focuses on individual parts of sewing needle that may affect the quality of the stitch and final product as well [1].
Surface treatment provides needles with required properties prolonging their lifetime and stitch quality [2].
Limit state is influenced by different internal and external factors [3].
Reciprocal combination of these factors may lead to cumulative limit states reflecting in subsequent degradation of machine needles: plastic deformation, elastic instability, fatigue crack, fracture caused by corrosion under stress, brittle fracture, warm fracture, wear.

Influencing factors and prevention methods for defects
White pattern (foam pattern)
Foam pattern is the key to the success of EPC, and the filling process of expanded beads is one of the key processes to obtain high-quality foam pattern.
White area process accounts for 70% in all influence factors of the whole process.
High heat-insulating and adiabatic properties are required to prevent defects of cold shut and misrun.
The degradation products pass through the coating into the dry sand, which affect the filling capability of melted Al alloy.

Therefore this paper emphatically introduced the bond-slip properties of steel bar and recycled concrete, in order to use the little get the big.
In this experiment, the mechanical properties of steel bar are in Tab.1, and the mix proportions of recycled aggregate concrete are in Tab.2.
Different types of concrete, mixture ratio and the aggregate nature are the main factors affect the bond strength.
In order to enable recycled concrete structure to apply to practical engineering, it is necessary to research bond properties under dynamic load.
Overall, recycled concrete bond-slip properties of ascending little difference with the ordinary concrete, there is no qualitative change.

Another four liquid islands form at the outboard of the spindle nose, and the potential shrinkage (as shown in Fig.1 is harmful to the mechanical properties.
Two ingates, 220×100×30.5 mm, were added to the middle of the runner, which could feed the middle of casting and eliminate the heat-affected defects.
