The oil pump operation noise is mainly classified into fluid noise and mechanical noise.
Therefore, the rotational speed of centrifugal pump is the main factor which influences the internal flow noise of the pump[6-7].
With the cyclical rotation of inner and outer rotor, the pressure of trapped oil in the inlet chamber will change rapidly, so the occurrence of cavitation phenomenon probability will also increase. 2.2.3 Noise control methods based on simulation results It can be known from the simulation result that flow fluctuation, oil-trap phenomenon and cavitation are the factors which cause noise.

On the basis of the analysis of the periodic multilayer dielectric high-reflective film and the beam splitter, to meet the special requirements for the filter film of the optical prismatic system, this article takes some related research on the optical properties of materials, coating design, technological parameters and so on, including two highlights: 1)the design problem of wide band, high precision high-reflective film and the beam splitter;2)the absorption problem of multilayer dielectric film.
In the process of film design system, the selection of coating materials is based on technical requirements and material characteristics (such as transparency, dispersion and absorption characteristics of materials, mechanical stability and chemical stability, etc.) to be comprehensively considered.
Therefore, in the condition of the film not affecting the center wavelength of reflectance, we add MgF2 of a half of design wavelength physical thickness to broaden the zone of reflections, meanwhile in order to make beam correspond to the require of 2:1, we optimize the film system further, and finally the structure is below:Sub|1.79A1.01H1.10L1.08H0.33L 0.35H2.12L|Sub, in which H-Ti3O5, L-SiO2, A- MgF2.
By the way, we use Kaufman ion beam source as assistance during the deposition, it can improve the film’s intensity and enhance the Optical and mechanical properties of the film[15].
After analysis the main factors are as follows: 1)the Photoelectric extreme method which is used to control the extreme value will introduce into a certain human error; 2)In the experimental process, the value of the tooling will change along with the change of the technological parameter, and the value of the tooling also can directly affect the actual thickness of the coating system, leading to a certain thickness error and then influencing the transmittance of the film; 3)there still exists a weak membrane layer absorption and the scattering phenomenon.

However, this PMF is applied directly to the mobile vacancies in contrast to mechanical stresses.
Of these, it might be reasonable to assume that the geometric factor g and l will not be affected by the presence of microwaves because it is determined by crystal structures of the material.
Thus, the jump frequency (n) is the only one possibly affected by microwaves.

Abstract
Weldment characteristics like bead width, bead height, penetration and weldment cross-sectional areas are the factors that contribute the weld quality.
The effects of travel speed, specimen size, external mechanical constraints and preheating on residual stresses are also discussed [6].

Furthermore, separation factors and distribution coefficients of Methylene blue (MB) dye were calculated.
The particle morphology and initial concentration of MB dye are important factors affecting the adsorption process [23].
According to this review the major concern in this study of arc discharge synthesis is to improve the yield quality and quantity which affected by several physical factors or chemical factors.
The most important chemical factors are pH, reducing agent and surface capping stabilizer.

As the welding process itself have the process characteristics such as a high heating temperature, fast heating, cooling, temperature gradient , it make the weld zone metals materials changed, resulting in making material mechanical properties changed to some extent.
Simulation The establishment of finite element model The actual welding condition is very complex, building exactly the same physical model is almost impossible, so we tend to neglect some secondary factors, making some assumptions.
Therefore, weak impact factors such as the temperature field, stress and strain field were weakened treatment [1-4].
Figure7 shows, under the material is heat affected zone of welding seam direction parallel, σx and σy in weld stress is decreased, σx amplitude decrement maximum.

Insufflation, electromagnetism and mechanical agitation are three effective methods to promote the collision and aggregation of inclusions, and make the inclusions grow up.
Of the three factors, the most influential one, and the only one we can control is the radius of inclusions, because v is proportional to the square of r.
According to a lot of experimental dates and calculation, we revised the Stokes formula by adding a shape factor coefficient k as follows: (3) In Eq.(3): k=r1/r2, r1 means the radius of global with the same volume to the inclusion, r2 means the radius of global with the same density and rise speed.
(3) The range of shape factor coefficient k revised to Stokes formula is 1.5~2.8

They also offer improved high temperature performance, as well as better wear resistance properties.
Reinforcement with continuous fibers or whiskers yields large increases in mechanical properties, but with extreme directionally.
As the particles have no preferred orientation, the material properties are largely isotropic [2].
It also allows other physical phenomena such as defect formation and microstructural changes of the material, as well as other important factors such as die wear, etc., to be examined, which are difficult and costly to do by experimental means.
This mean that the effect of metal matrix properties did changed the deformation of material flow in the extrusion process [5].
