However, titanium and its alloys are usually considered as extremely difficult to cut materials because of their low modulus of elasticity, high chemical reactivity with cutting tool material and its high stress and strength ratio at elevated temperature makes the machining further difficult [3, 4].

Introduction The properties and behavior of materials at the nano-scale or level vary greatly when compared to micro levels.
Metal oxides NPs (core& shell) have many applications in the field of catalysis and optoelectronics because of their dual physical properties for core as well as shell materials.
SDS is helpful organic polymer solvent to fabricate nanocompound materials and to ensure the stability of these materials.
NPs are formed during the process of PLAL by many steps staring in phase transition, nucleation, and crystal growth of emitted materials from the target plate.
This convenient synthesis strategy can be applied as a general approach that ZrO2 NPs have attracted significant interest of materials scientists and physicists due to their special properties and have attained a great importance in several technological applications such medical ,and biological applications.

During ECAP, the strain and temperature rise will cause recrystallization in the materials, thereby causing the materials properties to change to some degree.
Once the ultrafine-grained materials underwent grain growth, it changed the refined material convert to ordinary coarse-grained material and lost its excellent properties.

In general, the shear strength of infilling rock joints is less than rock joints without infilling materials.
Particle Flow Code (hereafter referred to as PFC) has been widely used in the study of the mechanical properties of rock and rock-like materials at the micro-scale [1-3].
