We will obtain the model validation, and the true state reaction can be obtained by adjusting precision of the empirical data .Furthermore, when we master the essence of the damping on affecting the structure, which will understand the characteristics of the system vibration deeply [3].

In standard cell library design there are several techniques that may be employed for low power dissipation. 1) Clock gating is the most ideal method for power reduction of clock signals. 2) When noise level is low, the number of iterations can be reducing to save power. 3) Blocking of floating inputs 4) Elimination of redundant logic at gate level, etc.
We consider the ½ rate encoder (after puncturing) with interleaver length is 1000 bits and constraint length is 3.The data clock of this design is 2.5 MHz and the bit rate is 125 KBPS.

The design of ceramic rolling machine should observe the following rules: strictly define the three dimensional geometry in the design of the ceramic rolling machine; establish the data standards of the three dimensional geometry modes in the product design of the ceramic rolling machine in the enterprises; strictly define the assembly constraints, assembly interference testing and tooling design before the mechanical parts in the design of ceramic rolling machine are sent to the process department; carry on the engineering analysis, performance evaluation and optimization of the key parts(such as rolling head, transmission components, cavity block, main shaft transmission parts) and load engineering simulation on the relevant parts; balance,stress and analyze the mechanical parts through the design of the whole 3D entity model of the ceramic rolling machine(negligible to the minor mechanical parts) and verify the assembling and disassembling of the assembly parts through the virtual prototype

In this study the problem to minimize the floor under seismic vibration displacement multistory buildings, using data from July 1940 el Centro a magnitude 7.1 earthquake [2].

In MATLAB, by medfilt2 median filter function to achieve its syntax is as follows: b=medfilt2(a,[m n]) In this paper, the vehicle through a graphical data acquisition, median filtering method can preserve the image edge information of the vehicle during the processing of the noise.
Obtained results can be used as an important part of the intelligent traffic data collection, and intelligence for later transportation planning foundation.
