There is little datum related to microstructure and properties of Mg alloys squeeze-casted with pressure over 200 MPa.
The results show that a remarkable microstructure refinement and porosity reduction can be reached through solidification under high pressure.
The results indicate that the density of ZW61 alloy increases with the increase of pressure, accompanied by a reduction of porosity.

So, when we measure data processing, whether the mathematical model can truly reflect the impact on part thermal expansion by shape parameters is essential to the accuracy of data processing.
After deformation they are: Sample 4 length data every 10℃ in the temperature [0,30] ℃ to get data modeling, calculated as =[1.9937,1.9941].
